Wonderful words Alex. I honestly can't stand when Cher sings this. Adam Lambert sang this for Cher and made her cry and Gabriel did Adam Lambert version but he sang circles around Adam Lambert. He's a different league of singer than Adam Lambert. Still not my favorite song, but Gabriel always makes such wise choices and gives us unexpected surprises when you least expect them. Also, NBC who produces AGT, produces The Voice too. No make sense for them let singers get to much shine on AGT and then hurt The Voice because of that. It’s business, you don’t let one of your products “cannibalize” other. AGT is bigger than The Voice, if they start to get singers winning that, great singers could start to avoid The Voice.
