Its how your brain works. The hungrier you get, the more restraints it lifts and in the end stage you'd eat almost anything. The phenomena is documented and has an actual scientific name, which i cant recall right now. Still, there is not much about the insect craze. The world's billionaires came together in davos and decreed that henceforth humanity should be handled as animals, sleeping in pods, eating worms while they (in classic fashion) retain their entire quality of life cause they are the great leaders. We have been here a few times during history. It never went well for these wannabe revolutionaires.

Thank you, Dolph, for all the great videos. You’re the only KZbinr whose every single video I've truly enjoyed. You saved me from a lot of boredom throughout the past year. I always enjoyed the videos with you Gabriel, Abigale, Kimya, Kayzer, James, Kiki, Joyce, Aurora, Fushan, and all the other animals I’ve seen on your channel. I am excited to see the grand entrance of the new cubs on your channel and see what kind of personalities they have. I've yet to find a video on your channel that I didn’t like. Even though you have a job besides KZbin, you still find time to make and edit all these amazing videos. They’re so great that even my family loves watching them. You deserve so much more recognition for what you’re doing. You care for the animals, educate people about them, make a joke every now and then, and always provide new facts about animals that I didn’t know. I’ve learned so much just by watching your videos and reading your replies to my comments. I even used that new learned knowledge in school. Once, there was a question, “How do cat species have such good night vision?” and I remembered from one of your videos that you said it’s because of reflecting cells in the back of their eyes, and that’s why their eyes glow when you shine a light at them in the dark. What’s truly amazing about you is that despite making videos and editing them, having a job, and everything else, you still find time to reply to almost every single comment on your videos. It’s just impressive how you do it. I hope that one day, when you hopefully have a cheetah sanctuary somewhere in South Africa or a different country, after I’ve graduated and sorted out other stuff, that i can move to the country you’re based in and apply for a job at your sanctuary. It would be wonderful to do somthing in return for the amazing content youve given me and to help out the endangered species there. Every time I open my phone after ive asked a question about somthing and see you’ve replied i get exited because i get to learn somthing new again you always have an amazing way of explaining difficult stuff in an easy way your so good at it that my cat could understand it. I wish you a great rest of your day and hope that everything goes well for you Again, thank you for nearly one year of amazing content and nice replies. The one-year anniversary of me finding your KZbin channel isn’t until the 29th of May, but I just wanted to post this now in case I forget to do it. This is just a thank you for being my main source of entertainment for the past year, for answering my questions, and for having small conversations. Your passion and love for these animals are evident in every reply its amazing that you can express so mutch love and passion trough a comment for animals. But enough writing for now. I think this is enough text for just one comment, so I’ll see you later in the comment section of another video. Who knows, maybe someday in the future, I’ll finally meet you in real life.

While Gabirel and other big cats won't eat it, insect protein could be a very good way to make cat-food quite a bit more environmentally friendly. As long as they make it smell strongly enough, cats would eat it.

So, do you WANT to continue to annoy a full grown Cheetah with these preserved worms that the Cheetah obviously DOESN'T want to eat? The Cheetah moved away and STILL was purring. That, right there, is about the politest way any big cat is going to tell you "dude, just GET AWAY FROM ME WITH THOSE DISGUSTING THINGS". Now I wonder, would Gabriel eat fish if given the choice? I heard stories of lions disliking it, but ate it when that was their only choice and they got hungry. So perhaps try Gabriel on some sort of traditional fish, and then tuna as a backup? The latter is reach in umami taste, that at least house cats are super sensitive to.

I've recorded a "What will a cheetah eat" video but have not posted it. It was not good from a production standpoint. Angles all wrong and camera issues.
