I’m so glad you posted. I was worried about ya. I totally get ya feeling over whelmed. I’ve been there done that. Lack of money can put a huge strain on ya. I am thankful everyone is doing well from your alls illness. I was really concerned about Nick. I don’t think you have too much stuff. I thinking it’s being a family of 7 and you are the only female. We were a family of 4 and I was the only female. I never got a break and if you took one my mess was waiting on me. I was the maid. Everyday cleaning is never done. It can get depressing. When I get feeling like that I try to think of all the things I’m thankful for and it helps. One day your boys will be grown and gone and as hectic as it feels now those will be some of your best memories. I’ve been praying God grows your channel. Also, I put water and vinegar in an oven safe dish and let it steam. Put the oven on like 350 or 400 degrees for and hour or two. It really helps. Just make sure your dish doesn’t boil dry. Take care friend.

I'm sorry you are struggling right now and I hope you feel better soon! I just wanted to tell you how you've helped me over the last couple of weeks since I found your channel. I'm about your age but unlike you I don't have a big family. It's just me and the dog. I have pain in my body and struggle with anxiety and mental health as well as with hormonal issues. I am trying so hard to keep my house clean and organized but find it very difficult. These last couple of weeks I've found such inspiration in your videos. I watch for a few minutes then I pause and go do something around the house. Then I continue to watch before doing something else. Even when I've had no energy and just been laying in bed you've inspired me to get up and actually do stuff. I'm trying to make new routines for keeping up with the cleaning. So often I have a good day and clean the kitchen, then follows three days where I'm not very well and then the dishes are everywhere and it's so messy again. I want to be able to distribute my energy more evenly throughout the days even when I'm not very good. You're videos really help. I have a question though. What is that powder you put on the carpet before you vaccuum it? I've been trying to google and wonder if it's bicarbonate maybe? Just washed a couple rugs in the washing machine and they are still smelling a bit icky. I was wondering if what you are using is something I also could use to freshen them up maybe? My niece was due xmas day 2019, was stillborn 11 days later. Christmas has been a bittersweet time ever since, and then the stress, the mess, the overwhelm...definitely not a merry time for all. Hang in there ❤

Bloody love watching you! The raw honesty is what we're all feeling. Got our Christmas decs up. Looks like an Elf vomitted the 80's all over the living room, but it's bright & fun and the kids love it. I'm forever getting rid of stuff. I did Marie Kondo about 8 years ago. Best thing ever. So easy to keep on top of now. Take it easy, drink lots of tea, scream songs xxx

I get it. I've been ill as well, then someone went into my car and ripped the wing mirror off, so I can't drive until the new part comes. Can't even be bothered with a Christmas tree, once the car is sorted, then I can move on. It's all bollox really. Only good thing is I've spent no money.

I have fibro too. I gutted my flat when my eldest moved out a few months ago & we downsized. This flat is so easy to clean now we sold most of our possessions.

I can’t stand clutter anymore either. What’s bugging me now is the waste from all the cardboard/packaging of everything these days. I’m trying to live more simply and more minimally. Maybe you could chat with your kids after Christmas and discuss how you’d like Christmas to be, and what’s stressful for you. Maybe they’d be okay with receiving some experiences, like concert tickets or events? Also the stress of having to look for and buy things is a lot. Totally get it. Im like you Gabby I live with all men and I think you do what I do and not make them help as much as they should. Hey Gabby, I’m sorry you’re going through this especially coming up to Christmas, the most expensive bloomin time of the year. Things can only get better love. I stopped over decorating for Christmas a couple of years ago. We have a small white feather tree and a couple of vases with lights and a small centrepiece silver tree for the table, thats it. Minimal much! 😅

Hi Gabby, your swedish is really good I´m impressed because I have been told that swedish is hard to learn speaking. I do not like christmas at all it´s just stress stress stress for most women and it´s just not worth it. My daughter is 45 and I have no grandkids so I can skip it all thank goodness. Blimey Gabbie you sound frazzled. I think you need a good rest. It made me laugh when you were cleaning your toilet and you said about the Yule logs! There’s always something needs doing in the house but sometimes just take a breath and leave it. Im the same im trying my best to be festive 4 wk ago mil at 88 ended up in hospital so weve all been looking after her well i got put on tatio more as they are all at work im home but im fulltime carer to youngest have fybro me etc but i got on with it at one point i wore same clothes for 4 days bewteen daughter and mil no time left for me or home its built up then our youngest dog whos 2 became poorly rushed him to emergency vets in night thr bleeding wouldnt stop hes only mini dauchund hes little body just went they kept him in 2 grand later they let him home with loads of medication i was so grateful hes home but a week and half later still on and off still not the same and they still didnt know what was wrong with him ive got mats everywhere hes had multiple accidents but i wont carpwt clean untill hes fully recovered i feel the house smells and needs fumigating 😂 then friday thought right crack on wrappimg etc no i then gets a cancellation for hesteroscopy and biopsy well we won't go into that i habe to have things removed 😮 so feeling sorry for myself last night he was on works do and hes sister's thought ill have movie nie recover ready to go next week gets phone call go to my mils quickly shes fell not a one come home from there do and im stood like john wayne in pain tell u when he gets up today 😂 anyhow loved this vlog hope we are all festive soon 😂❤
