You might find clams near the sea, try Whitby, I think that's the closest most likely place to Sheffield Otherwise you'll get them on the South coast. You can buy the instant noodles in a clear packet in Tesco. Don't drink warm water from the tap, it has sorts of bacteria in it. You can drink it if you boil it.

My girlfriend is from Wuhan. It's so funny seeing the waiter's face when we ask him for hot water to drink. It's not normal in UK. I love cold drinks when it's hot, but she doesn't understand at all and thinks it's unhealthy.

This is really interesting.. instant noodles (of many varieties) can be found in every single major supermarket in the area near me, but maybe that’s because I live kind of near to London?
