I'm not going to lie. I did like this movie and the following one after it. But I couldn't finish it. It made me want someone who would love me like Bella did for Edward. Most people don't understand the theme of this movie series. And the theme is, True Love... requires sacrifice. You can LOVE someone nonstop, for so long, and for the rest of your lifetime up until your last breath. But what are you willing to sacrifice, to do so? In today's society we don't love like this. And maybe that's what this film was trying to teach us.

He's the Jock in the story. The girl says no and he decides for her that she really means yes. Just because someone makes you nervous doesn't mean that you're in love with them. Also loving someone and being in love with someone is two different things.

no matter what anyone says about this movie.. this is such a drug that I am an absolutely educated and cynical person, I look at it like a pill from everything terrible that happens to me and the pain subsides. It's not even about the movie, but about the actors who play the main characters. They are magic, I am still under their hypnotic chemistry, I can't still forget their glowing faces, this happens very rarely.
