I remembered one time when one person noticed me that I'm getting fatter and I felt so surprised like honestly I don't want to be fat. But after watching this video, I realized that I should love myself of what I look like whether I'm fat or not. Also, we should not judge other people'a appearances because they are also human beings and we're have our own imperfections. So all I can say is that you're amazing and special. This reminds me of my mom because since childhood until now she looks very fat but I never heard anyone who judge her because she's the most kindest and humble woman that I know. Even my dad loves her so much that he doesn't mind about her looks but her personality. So you see, we should not based on the looks but only a good and pure heart. I hope that this comment helps you feel better and always you're beautiful the way you are. I remember in 2020 i lost weight during the confinement. My parents and family approached about that. But when i was going to my new high school and also get bullying by a jerk with sexual remaks and jokes about me, i started again eating too much and going fat again. But luckily i having a friend in this high school, she was sweet, honest and cool. I remember also she showed me once a trend call "body positive". Its a trend to help the "fat" people to be proud of them and showing even in your actual body, you're still beautiful. After 3 years, i assumed my body like the way it is and i rejected the bad remarks some people made about me. They can call me a "whale" all the times however whale are beautiful creatures even if they fat like me The morals i want to give you is you don't need other people to change you. Even if you're fat or to skinny, you're beautiful as your personality, and for me that's the prettiest thing for a person. I’m a relatively skinny person and it makes me feel awful when people treat my friends this way/when people think it’s ok to treat me certain ways because my body isn’t “big enough”. Also long as you’re healthy you are fine. Theres a difference between fat and obese and skinny and REALLY skinny. Just be healthy and happy you’re perfect!

As a fat person, i've been called multiple insults, "fatty" most of the time, and people would always say to me "I bet she eats 5 big macs by midnight" or when we go out to eat, people would give me their leftovers just because i have a few extra pounts (i don't eat the leftovers). Okay this is the perfect time to share this story I'm slim and tho i have many imperfections, i learn to like myself and others The the thing is, i used to think that "learning to accept fat/skinny/any insecurity was just saying someone is beautiful and keeping the bad opinions to yourself" That is what i thought until i started seeing characters with more "imperfections" and people irl, i used to think they looked "bad" until i started thinking to myself How do i stop thinking like this? You gotta think brothers and sisters, look at the mirror for as long as you need, don't just say "I'm pretty and beautiful" you gotta FEEL your beauty. don't think of how others also have insecuritys so _that_ would be your reason, instead think of why the heck would you judge YOURSELF. Don't go comment on people and say "omg, you're so much prettier then me!" or "you are so beautiful! While I'm just (insert bad word)" No, NEVER compare yourself Compliment, but don't hurt yourself, emotionally or physically, it's not worth doing just for a person that doesn't even see that you are insecure and not comforting you, or not worth doing for anything! When I pass by this topic, I'm mostly questioning if the person is healthy, do not have any struggles beacouse of weight Cause like, it really doesn't matter and I have no idea what problem people have I am on the skinny side, leaning to underweight But like, when I wear swimsuit or something then my ribs are all over XD Also when I used to dance, be a cheerleader, whenever there were exercises on the floor, it would hurt so bad, and I have slight brusies along the spine till this day I also am extremly sensitive if it comes to pool water, I can be the first one to walk in, but also the first one to walk out Being a little on the bigger side is no shame Also I love hugs, and hugs with chubby people are the best 😭 What is the worst I think, is that all this hate and "beauty standarts" thing not only makes people sad for no reason It does not encourage change, and normalizes cases where weight does affect life and is unhealthy For me, it is extremely important to differenciate if someone is just chubby, of when someone's weight affects their health With the second case we should encorouge to make a change, so they don't have to suffer Otherwise why bother? Okay it's way too long when I'm not even a part of it sorry 😭

Nice vid! An important takeaway from this video is that you shouldn't judge others on their physical appearance. Even if you have a pre-conceived notion based on the other's physical appearance, set it aside and keep it to yourself. When I was only 7 years old I was chubby, And wanted to be skinny just like the other girls in my school and my neighborhood. I always get bullied because of my Chubbyness, I always get laughed at and maked fun. Then I started to put ropes aound my stomach to fit in but.. I felt so dizzy, cause it was so tight and my head hurts because of the diet I was in. Also in 4th grade, I have so many skinny classmates, I was Jealous and I felt bad for myself being not able to fit in, they were so pretty and skinny, I knew that today that I made a big mistake, So I started eating less and no snacks at 9:15 am, But my classmates said I should eat or I will be dizzy, I refuse to accept the snacks they gave to me, making my body middle on the skinny part I felt so happy, So when my mom found out about me eating less, she told me that she was very concerned about what will happen to me. So this video made a big inspiration for the people who are called chubby. But beauty isn't about on the outside it's on the inside. This made me so happy that I cried with joy. This will be in my memories forever. I appreciate about your soulmate being there she fixed my heart. ❤
