If there is no gacha then yes, but if there is gacha the game will be shit. No one who respects themselves will play this game and they will prefer to keep playing GTA.

Ananta sure looks cool! Hyped for it too! But if we're talking about love letter to anime culture, their competitor NTE has literal anime references everywhere from cutscenes to in-game locations. Their live house STAR SIGN, the whole area and posters on it is literally Bocchi The Rock reference. and there's also Ghibli, Detective Conan, Naruto, Dragon Ball, Sakamoto desu ga, Tamako Market references and more.

Very hype for this game! So I went to look up the old project mugen trailer... gotta say the change in music choice really up the standard a lot. The vibe in this present trailer is so much better than the old one. But I think I prefer the old MC and his clothing because this new one looked and feel too similar to HSR's MC. Taffy's hammer IS her motorbike.

If it's a gacha, the game will die. Every player who likes cars WILL LEAVE this game. Because the GTA series attracts with the story and cars. If they make this mistake and it's a gacha, the game will simply die and be shit. Imagine you have to unlock a character to go further in the story. Total shit.

It's most definitely gonna be a gacha. But I expect the story to be playable all the way through with free characters. WuWa did that, and let you temporarily use the characters you didn't have when going through the story
