So what are you expecting Wandayi to do? He is a CS. How then do you expect him to carry his firmer role as a Minority Leader into his current job of a CS? How can a CS be expected oversight the Executive? Opposition (which incidentally no longer exists under 2010 constitution) is not written in the DNA of some ethnic groups such that they must oppose even when they are a part of the Executive. The rules are changing, yet you are stick on time.
