I loved every second. John loving cats, I have head cannon that. Also, John, Blyke, and Arlo having good cooking skills. I head cannon that they always make dinner for the rest of the cast (they can’t survive without them) John and Blyke being athletic beasts…yes please 🙌 Now the bittersweet moments: Of course John would have anxiety and panic attacks because of his trauma and PTSD. I absolutely love the fact that Isen has anxiety too, it actually makes sense. Also, it’s nice to see that John can have something in common with him, can support each other and help each other get better at dealing with their anxiety.

14:14 I have a bit of a headcanon about why john is such a good cook. I imagine that when John was a kid, jane’s disappearance had hit William pretty hard, and for a time he was having trouble adjusting to life without her, having to both manage a house and raise John by himself. So after a while I think that John eventually noticed how much his father was struggling and took it upon himself to learn how to cook, and also how to do all kinds of housework to help lighten the load a bit for his dad.
