I don't think so, you can create your own items if you're good at drawing and if you have a software for drawing like Photoshop or ibis paint, what you can't do is export those items to the original gacha club

@@bellinzbellinz9680 but most gachia mods they remove one or two or more items and replace them with custom items And let's say you wanted to make a non real character You try to look for a specific item but realized it's not their and it been replaced by a custom item So you tried to make the item you were looking for only to realize that you aren't able to Seeing how theirs no other items that is able to give you the results of that item you so wished for So you tried to use a new item only for your character to look different and not what you expected or wanted. So you try again Only to end up with the character Not looking how you wanted it to look. And you realize that your specific item is in the original gachia club.
