If I were to put OMT against the other EXE's, I would have to say he falls slightly below Lord X in terms of sheer power and intimidation. Hell, even Lord X himself shows up and is slightly disappointed that the unlucky 3 aren't in his world. When it comes to power, he carries the kit of hallucinations, world manipulation, transformation and teleportation. He is fully aware that this is a game and unlike most, is tired of doing the same thing over and over again, so now he's doing something new to his world. And lets just say, it ain't pretty
