1部屋目は何度か見た覚えがありますね。あのソファーは収納付きの階段にした方が邪魔にならなくていいといつも思います。コンクリート打ちっぱなしもNGですね。まだ2部屋目の方が住めるかな？

Both are nice. I like the first one has a grill in the kitchen. That's rare to find in a smaller apartment. The second room has a double balcony, provides more living/sleeping space.

狭小住宅で思う事があるが、洗面台を付ける為にトイレと洗濯機を一緒にする必要あるの? 洗面所は台所に鏡と収納スペース(内側に電源)を付け、トイレと洗濯機置場を分離した方が衛生的に良い

ロフト上の机？の前に、アクリルボードでもいいから落下防止策がしてあってほしい。なんかの拍子に何かが下に落ちそう💧

１軒目は何度も紹介されてますよね？やっぱり借り手が居着かないんですね。 ２軒目は良い感じ。二段ロフトもナイス。

If the 1st place had regular steps to the loft, it would have more room. Therefore I have to choose the 2nd because it is much larger

2軒目のあの洗面台とトイレの位置なら 小さい窓2つにしてトイレに仕切りの壁やドア付けれないのかな❓ それからロフトの机最近よく見るけど 物が下に落ちにくいように3センチ位で良いから前の部分に高さ欲しい

あと、ふと思ったんだけど、裏口に鍵で開く門扉や裏口が無いマンション、ロビーオートロックって、直下地震等で電気が不通になった時、中や外から閉じ込められない？管理会社やセコムが来てくれられるのだろうか？

Первую квартиру я уже видела. Синий диван все портит. В целом,кроме дивана-ступеней,все отлично. Но вид из окна откровенно дерьмовый! Вторая для меня симпотичней.

I look at them as though I'm looking for a new place. But I won't be for years. . #1 I'm worried about the amount of space in the cracked wood. Pros: The bathroom looks decent for space. Thinking that I could put a small rack in the corner between the door to the genkan and the bathroom door. Also I could put the frig between the loft steps and the bathroom door. Cons: Gas stove in the kitchen. My man nearly wasn't born due to a leakage in the gas stove. His mom was a teen at the time. Plus I grew up with electric stoves. I don't need a tv above the tub. Those steps would have been better if they also had been storage spaces as well. Value for the money two stars. . #2 Pros: washer is conveniently close to the balcony. Electric stove. Would use lower loft for computer area. Good ventilation thanks to window above tubw Cons: Too many stairs for a bad back. No storage space above kitchen sink. Value: 2.5 stars . Both the prices are too high.

@チロ-d6i 間取りを見るのが好きで、いろんな不動産物件を見てるのですが、東京は、ほぼ逃げられないのでは、、と思います。 鍵の問題もありますね。 セキュリティ会社は地震の時には対応しきれないのではないでしょうか。あまりにも件数多すぎるし、社員も逃げなきゃでしょ？
