Very cool!Similar to what you did with the tablet, you can mount hooks to the inside of your kitchen cabinets to store away pot lids.They're also great around holiday season when you want to hang wreaths or tuck away Xmas light wires but don't want anything permanent.

I like your idea my husband and I brought some for our home to put up our picture and we both love them I'm actually thinking about going to the store and buying some more to hang up some things around the house plus I like the fact that they are very easy to use my husband likes the fact that he doesn't have to put a screw into the wall all he has to do is to line it up and stick it right on

Great tips! I intend to use the adhesive strips to hang up light-weight window shades instead of their typical use for mirrors and wall paintings.

I've used command hooks on my walls for years, and I thought about using them for cables on a desk. I was wondering if you think they would damage the surface of an IKEA BEKANT when being removed? I know from my own experience that they don't damage walls/paint, but I worry that if one gets tugged really hard or something it might pull off the outer finish layer of the desk. What do you think?

The finish on the bekant tabletop seems pretty durable from what I saw. I think it would be fine to use on it.

Shelves are typically too heavy for these temporary solutions. You'll need screws/anchors/wood studs for wall mounting anything heavier than a painting.

Hello, when I pulled down on strip to remove the hook from the wall, the strip broke. Now, there's no strip to pull down to remove. It's behind the hook. How do I remove the hook?

the sad situation with command strips they can't be used in cement or brick walls only for cheap dry walls. not of use for me I have a cement home.
