A fine should be increased when an officer asks if you have license and you say no. Here comes the tow truck and all of a sudden one is produced. Increase the fine for lying to a officer of the law.

Sir Bong Nebrija... magandang araw po sir... may katanungan po ako sa inyo sir.. paano po kung gamit ko po e scooter naka helmet ako na full face for safety.. at may dala ako po lisensiya din po for safety... may ipapayo pa ba kayo sa akin... kung ano pang mga safety gears o devices na dapat kong gamitin... tulad ng reflective safety vests... long pants rubber shoes knee at elbow pads at mga blinkers para sa helmet ko. Maraming salamat po sa inyo...

Di ko alam kung genuine question to or pagpipinilosopo pero to answer your question, all you need para iwas sita is maayos na motor and by maayos as much as possible stock lahat ng parts tapos dala mo OR/CR always na hindi expired. Helmet na full face tama yan, driver’s license na hindi expired and tama ang restriction code/s tama yan, long pants and shoes required yan for basic safety. Hindi pwede ang shorts and slippers. Yung reflective vest and knee/elbow pads pwede din for very extra safety pero optional na yan. Kung wala ka talagang kompyansa sa sarili mo edi pwede ka magsuot nyan. Pero above all else, 100% comprehension sa road/traffic law kasi walang kwenta lahat ng yan na meron ka kung kamote ka naman sa daan. Ika nga, be a defensive driver always.
