I just bought it. It had the specs I wanted, so I used your review to confirm it was okay. I got the i5 with 16Gb. The i7 one fell outside what I had wanted to spend. I think the difference in price between the i5 laptop and the i7 laptop was much more than the difference in the cost of the processors. I know the i5 if optimized by good RAM and SSD is a pretty punchy processor.

I have i7 OLED version. It's a great buy if you want 2 in 1. Does not heat up, display is so vibrant. Performance also good, i do lite gaming too here and there. You can get a Macbook M1 8GB at this price.

I ve got an envy x360 ryzen 7 but unfortunately i had bad experience. I don t know if was just my model or all ryzen models. The fan was so loud and was heating very bad only with light use, just browsing on google Very dissapointed as i liked it a lot when i bought it with 999 pounds on release day

Hp pavilion series with metal bodies are literally Furnaces .....I own hp pavilion and it gets hot as hell after only 2-3 hours of usage .....BATTERY BACKUP is the worst experience.....When connected to internet and while using Microsoft office/powerpoint/exel it's battery backup is of 3&1/2 hours only

What hinge issues? I've had my X360 13 for over THREE years now (2020 with Ryzen 4500u processor) with ZERO hinge issues. In fact, Ive had pretty much ZERO issues with the computer (the fingerprint reader occasionally stops working but a simple restart fixes it).................for me the X360 13 has been rock solid, reliable and durable.

As an owner of two defective 15.4" envy x360 laptops, I cannot recommend this product. I purchased my first in December, used it for about 8 weeks, and out of nowhere, the screen flipped upside down as if it was in tablet mode. I attempted to reboot it, but the computer never came back on. No LED indicators, no signs of life. Long story: Since it was still under warranty, I called the support center and spent about two hours on the phone before they asked me to send it to their service center for a repair. Two weeks later, I received it back, tried to turn it on, and nothing happened. It was as if the service center did nothing but forward it straight back to me. I sent it back a second time (after another 2 hour call). A week passed, and the tracking information showed that it had never been received. I called them, waited on the phone for the default hour or so, and was assured that they'd received it but the tracking information hadn't been updated. Three weeks passed, and the tracking information never showed received. And I hadn't received any update from HP. Once again, I spent an hour waiting to get someone on the phone, and I finally reached someone who spoke clear English. I asked what happened. The representative said he had "no visibility or contact" with the service center it was shipped to. I asked how it was possible their own service center couldn't contact the other service center. He said he didn't know but that it's always been like that. I received my laptop back about 10 days later in the same condition I'd sent it in the first two times. I got back on the phone explaining how I wouldn't send it in again and that I'd like a replacement or refund. They said they couldn't rebuild it but would send me a similar laptop. They sent me a refurb with slightly better specs. I received it today. Guess what happened when I tried to turn it on. Blank screen (I can't make this up). This replacement/refurb has a different problem than my original. My original shows no signs of life, whereas the replacement unit shows LED power indicators and makes boot noises. Short story: Due to my experience with HP, this product, their service center and their escalation department, I will say that I have no confidence in this company, so buyer beware. HP makes most of its profits from big companies: defense contractors and so forth. So a single individual like myself is not on their radar. If your product works, great. If not, good luck beating the odds!

Absolutely dont buy it !! The hinge will easily break or dislocate and break the screen when u flip it 360. This will happen over and over again and if u dont have warranty you are screwed. It costs fortune to get it fixed,so EXTREME care is needed ,still no guarantee it wont break.

You seem to be a little confused. A 1920 x 1080 display is 16:9, not 16:10 as you have in your video description. 16:10 would be 1920 x 1200.

HP has made it very confusing. There is an X360 2 in 1 laptop 15t, which has a 16:9 display, and there is an X360 convertible laptop 13t which has a 16:10 display. And they're both around the same price. Could they make it more difficult for customers?

Also, the 13t with the 16:10 display has no fingerprint reader and the webcam doesn't have IR so it can't use Windows Hello. You have to login with a password or PIN. It only offers U processor options as well. The 15t, on the other hand, has both P and U processor options and has an IR camera so it can use Windows Hello facial recognition login.

Omg 😳 I’m from Canada but i live currently in Japan and today i was going to buy this laptop but i was so lucky to come accidentally to this video! 😮 i definitely decided not to buy it after i saw 250 comments from people that faced the same issue and had a nightmare with HP . The problem isn’t exclusive to this model only but a lot of other HP laptop models as well. I have friends who live in Europe who was unlucky to buy normal HP laptops ( not 2 in 1 / convertible) and had huge issues with them . Some of my friends ended up smashing their Hp laptop with anger 😢 Me myself is a regular user for Lenovo laptops . I owned lenovo 360 convertible since 2016 until 2023 and been closing and opening the hinges roughly on daily basis and nothing happened until now. But the only reason i wanted to switch to this HP model that they said it’s smaller and lighter than Lenovo ! But now i know it’s not worth it. I advise everyone to buy Thinkpad Lenovo convertibles as they’re really the toughest business laptops in the market. They’re even used on board of the space stations and the rough engineering environments. Avoid buying HP , DELL , Panasonic laptops at all costs.

No, it wouldn't. It's more expensive and doesn't have a touchscreen or stylus, so it can't be used as a tablet or laptop. The cheapest M1 Air is $300 more (US). And unless you already have a Mac you'd have to buy new software for your Macbook rather than use software you already have on Windows just by installing it on a new computer.

I bought it in nepali rs 120000 i7 8/500 gb It's going pretty well. Best for PowerPoint and reading manga's pretty durable as per how u use it and it does have pretty good battery backup if u arent playing heavy games like dota 2. sound is lower than other laptops as it's thin and the display isn't bright enough to use it outdoors. Overall its pretty solid one.
