Would definitely love a comparison between the g8 and the Schitt Gunnr. If creative can get close or match the sound quality of the gunnr while having simultaneous usb audio that would be something special.

I noticed that you kinda skirted around saying whether or not you actually found these comfortable. You talked about the build and pad quality, and you kind of compared it to the og rig 600. However, you didn’t say if it was comfy. I love your content. So please don’t think I’m having a dig, it was just something I noticed. You’re still my go to for anything audio related. Your Work is great and your Tutorials for Game Sound and Auto EQ. After your vids i buy a 5k (for PS5) and use ist on my Phillips X2HR and a i love it. My old mmx300 600ohm is better with eq. Thank you very mutch. I donate you later, i must look what i can use from Germany. But its hard to find a mic like the maxwell (background noise isolation), EQ like 5k, HDMI Audio extractor for qualtiy without latency and support for 1440p and 4k 120hz, and not to heavy wight. Now i have: 5k with eq for ps5 and mmx300 / X2HR , maxwell for xbox and ps5 with onbord eq (but not so good as 5k) and voice chat, and g6 with eq for pc (5k is not loud, i must test more) and pulse elite if the maxwell is too heavy for long gaming. I learn a lot from you. I hope you reach 1 Mio Follower to enjoy the Money from Yt 🥰

I've had the RIG500 for about 10-13 years now and in the last month the mic has started to get defective where it makes a static sound & doesn't work on specific positions also the cable has started to split. However considering the age, the rig500 has been by far the best headset I have ever had. The sound is still amazing (can compaire it to anything else tho) and the pads are extremly comfy. I love the over ear so I don't have any pressure on my ears which allowes me to use it for 8+ hours straight. I am most likely going to buy another rig headset wireless this time.

Has the issues with Wolverine V3 tournament edition been fixed since release? I play Apex on PC and coming from G7SE, Tarantula 3 pro, Vader 4 pro, and 8bitdo ultimate 2, I’m looking for accuracy and responsiveness. Those controllers felt off. Idk if it’s a Hall effect issue or what. The T3pro had TMR sticks and didn’t feel better.

They are much better for me now. There's a "double deadzone" setting at the top of the razer app you can disable. If you do that, it get's even better

Xbox? For the money, Turtle Beach Stealth Pro is the most competitive I've used out of the box. I made earpads for the Nova Pro Wireless that was designed to make them excel in Call of Duty, and am super happy with that result. If you watch that pad video, it could help explain it! Lots of good options

@GadgetryTech, first of all I'd like to thank you for your detailed and very informative review. I discovered your channel when looking for headsets/headphones and feel like I'm in the right place to take advices from an audiophile. Your content is very appreciated. I'd like to have your opinion for the best headset/headphone in my particular case. I play some competitive FPS games (mostly Apex Legends) and looking for the best one in term of imaging sound stage performance/footstep positionning and ping point. Here are some criterias I would consider: -must be openback -I would not mind using headphone with no microphone as I use an XLR mic plugged into my GOXLR, but if the best has one is an headset with a mic then no problem -can be wired, preferably I'd like to plugg it to my GOXLR -can be high end or expensive audiophile headphone/headset as I like to listen to music but the main target is really FPS Games, money is no object, no limitation Hope it is not too much to ask.. crazy story. so I had some gen 2 turtle beach from gamestop with Warrenty.... that's key.. so my Gen2 mic started acting a fool so I brought them back to GS and they gave me Rig 800 for Xbox. so they are fine but the flexible mic did the same thing static when I must and intermediate mic pic up ( so either up to my mouth or nothing) which meant when I took a breathe it was also picked up ..... Jesus so yesterday I returned the Rig 800s And they got me $108 buck store credit. Scooped some Gen3 Tbs. with Warranty of course These may be a back up
