When I was a kid I had a neighbor who was Laos and she would make this for me. I never knew what it was, or what it was called, but ever since I moved away I've had intense cravings for it. Thank you so much for this!! I'm excited to try and make this 😊

When I was young, we had a Laos neighbor who would make this dish and invited us over to eat. I remember the taste to this day but haven’t able to find out what it was nor was I able to find it anywhere. So glad I can make it myself with these tutorials on KZbin 😋🤤

Us hmong has a dish similar to this like doua said a red version, but we also have one with beef tendon and its similar to this recipe but just not as sticky.
