Man we had this at camp and I was a freakin beast. The trick is to always be moving. I should hop and jog in circles. Focus more on dodging than hitting the ball. You'll last longer.

Aaron Landau Same here i played it in school it has a secret name but the secret is to keep your hands to your feet and keep moving . Keep your hands to your feet to stop the ball from touching it and move fast

Yes, it is. It is a good way to stay away from trouble if you do not want to be aggressive. But if someone sees that you are not moving they WILL aim for you. But what is the fun in just standing still? I do not think it is fun! :)

I stepped on the ball once. It HURT! I pulled some muscle in my leg. It hurt for a couple days. Something else is hitting your knuckles against the floor. But yeah, that's not stopping me from playing a game that's the funnest game ever! :)
