Ji Woo asks Seo Joon a question he can't answer but that he must be able to answer if their relationship is to survive. Good drama asks questions of us as viewers that sometimes we can't easily answer and, imo, "To My Star 2" is very good drama.

To My Star is truly a gem in all its right, it showcases the happy, honeymoon phases, the struggles, the sadness and the unmatched love they both have for each other. Jiwoo was working through his own healing and Seojoon always be the happy guy was so patient with Jiwoo and never stopped loving him for a second. Try love this show not just as a bl but over.

2 my star S2 -- ( & S 1) have given me my favorite K - Drama Ever !! Korea is outstanding in many aspects. their BL shows constantly score high marks with me and _To My Star_ is one of the best. Thai BL gives us many handsome actors but most of the time their scripts are crappy and what is it with their obsession for awfully long pauses between lines of dialogue? very annoying

This scene from Episode 3 with Seo Joon asking Ji Woo to take with him also the car he gave him as birthday present shows how little Seo Joon always understood Ji Woo. Yes... the car was meant to help him go and come back from work, but that was a "pragmatic" birthday present. I am sure Ji Woo would have preferred Seo Joon to surprise him with a day for two anywhere alone, just the two of them, and not with an expensive car. The DIVA has learned to deal with everything on financial terms, and not with emotions, and that is what makes them so different. While Ji Woo is a guy of details and emotional little things memories, Seo Joon seems to struggle in that department trying to be creative somehow spending money in the wrong way always. 🤷‍♂️ Well... living in the small village far away from the city life may help Seo Joon to re-discover his true original self, and leave the DIVA for the filming sets in Seoul. Amazing Season 2...!! I am loving all of it... specially this psychological differences between the leads. They are acting both roles incredibly well. Cheers...!

@@embreis2257 DIVA is the right term for this fictional character. Because that is exactly who KANG Seo Joon is in my eyes in this Series. He was like that in Season 1 and he has not changed at all. And what is that to mean: "he has been around bad company..."? Seriously...? He has a strong personality and is all centered only on himself. He has just treated Ji Woo as his personal toy since Season 1. "cut the boy some slack"... 😂 😂 😂 Seo Joon is over 30 years old here in this Series... he is not a boy anymore... I still can't figure out why Ji Woo broke up with him. Yeah I know their personalities are very different and Ji Woo is uncomfortable with big displays of affection but to leave a note and bounce like that. Dick move. Seo joon never did anything wrong? So I'm confused. The mature thing to do is tell Seo joon that he's not comfortable with him buying extravagant gifts or maybe let Seo joon know how he feels smothered. I know the show is trying to show that Seo Joon is clearly more deeply in love than Ji Woo and if that's the case Seo Joon deserves something better.

He said in Episode 2. He felt completely neglected by Seo Joon, that is why he left. 😏 And Seo Joon couldn't say a word to defend himself. He knew all what Ji Woo told him was right. That is why he accepted their break up, but wasn't able to keep his distance from Ji Woo and is trying to show him that he can change and adapt himself to him a lot more than before. Ji Woo said he'd wake him up in the middle of night when he was bored and he'd poke his face or disrupt him when he was doing work. So I figured Ji Woo left him because it was suffocating. Being the partner of a famous person would be suffocating too. Again Ji Woo should have said so. Not leave a note. I suppose he was lonely but to be honest Ji Woo is so hard to read or understand how he feels. His pretty expressionless and quiet. So him being lonely didn't really occur to me. This time Seo Joon could NOT reject that offer... as Ji Woo used the trump card he got from Seo Joon in Season 1 Episode 8: "You said that if it was too hard for me... YOU would come to ME." So... in the end Seo Joon HAD to give up and reconcile with Ji Woo. As for all what Ji Woo said to Seo Joon here in the final Episode is totally irrelevant for the choice he made a year ago about leaving Seo Joon. The time they were separated helped them both see that the relationship they had before had too many problems and was impossible to keep.
