Spouses and immediate relatives(parents and children)are always aware. You’re putting them in danger by not disclosing because they have to keep their guard up as well. Your family needs to know what not to do and where not to do it otherwise they’ll live life as normal and risk getting attacked by people they don’t know for reasons they don’t know whilst you could have alerted them and they always be vigilant of their immediate surroundings. You can’t send them to any school, live in and neighbourhood and do normal things like the rest of us. I have an uncle who works for intelligence and his wife works for the Reserve Bank & growing up we knew where not to be and what kind of people or environments to avoid.
