Really beautiful! Better than most medicine videos! My only critique would be to amplify the sounds of nature and add bell sounds. For example, I think the addition of the soft pattering of rain, some lower notes on the piano, the rustling of leaves or the crickets, the soft flow of the river in the background, and some bird noises would be nice.
