Though our fundamental and true nature is a loving one, we don't always act from that perspective and fluctuate constantly. So at this stage, I do not stay all the time in a loving or hating state. Even the most hateful being has had some loving action or thought at some point the same as a compasionate one has been unloving. But we can definitely do better at leveling out our state of being into a more positive one. At least that's what I believe and try to live by.

I don't know you but I feel your pain... I go through ups and downs and my downs are really DOWN... just know you're not alone and there is a better life for you. It can be hard to change your setting or the people you know but that has had a huge role in my recovery. Not implying your using drugs but that's where my depression led me.
