This is Rajeshkumar from Tirupur, Son of R.Nachimuthu who is going to be affected by your KKBMPL Pipeline plan. I understood from my father that his Complete agricultural land is going to be affected by your KKBMPL Pipeline plan. Here is a Simple Intro About Mr. NACHIMUTHU.., Ø His family is an very Small Agriculture Family. As of my Knowledge, His Past Generation was also did agriculture Only. Ø His age is now nearly 65. He is living with her Wife. Her name is Rukmani. Ø He is having Two Son’s (Rajeshkumar & Anandkumar ) and Two Grand Children’s (Sasmita & Dhananeeswar). Ø Rajeshkumar is working in Garment Export Company and his second son Anandkumar is a Former. Here is about His Property Detail.., Ø He started life with nothing about 37 Years before. That time he was a Garment labor. Then he Purchased a small land. Ø He don’t have Much property. He is having only the Un-Shaped Land as I attached.) Ref attached NACHIMUTHU LAND.jpg. Ø The total Property is nearly about 0.50 Acre which is also not like integral land. It’s like a Distorted land. See the map. It’s like a Triangle shape land. Which is also Divided into two portions since there is a PAP DRAIN & PAP ROAD AREA. (PAP - PARAMBIKULAM AZHIYAARU PAASANATHITTAM). I have clearly shown that Two land Area’s in Yellow Markings. Ø He is coming under the former Category “MINOR FARMER” as he is having small Distorted land like 0.50 Acre. Here is his conscionable Problem.., Ø I don’t want to explain more since yourself can understand what’s the real problem lying here. Ø If you Implement your KKBMPL Pipeline Plan in His Land Then.., The complete land will be like Non-Useable since the area of the land is like Distorted. Ø Her both Son’s doesn’t have any property and they are also living with their family in her Small Roofing Home only. Ø Now himself and her wife is mentally suffering a lot due to GAIL KKBMPL Project due to above reasons. Ø He wants to keep his land for his livelihood until he lives in this earth (May be 5 to 10 years) and he wants to hand over this small land to their Son’s livelihood to build a separate Home for their Son’s & Grand Childs life. Even if it is a 0.50 Acre, As this is Distorted land, The useable area to build a home is too small. Ø If your project comes then.., We cannot even use that land to build a home or any other Purpose since the total land comes below 100 feet from your planned Pipeline. His Family Request to GAIL INDIA.., Ø Himself and His Family requesting GAIL INDIA to change the Pipeline to any other alternate Route. Ø We don’t have any Huge Land Property to leave this land for this Country or Gail India. We have only 0.50 acre of Distorted land. Ø Hope your Gail India also having genuine Policies for this kind of Poor Families to find a alternate route. Ø We all kindly request you to change the Root of Pipeline to save our Family. Ø Our moral Request is.., We have only 0.50 acre of Distorted land. Ø Now we don’t have enough money in our hand to build a home immediately. So please leave our land as is. Ø We just want to build a small home in our Fathers land and Our self and our descendants to live in this small land longer time.
