He didn’t try to take his mom’s house, he actually did! He completely remortgaged it after she’d paid for it years ago and now she’s got re-pay for her house or risk ending up with nowhere to live. He also tried to do the samething to her salon. But because Maria and David own part of it also he couldn’t get away with faking their signatures along with his mom’s. Edit: and he did do what you’ve said regarding the factory. He took all the money that belonged to the which the cops can’t trace at the minute and the insurance is refusing to pay Carla the money he took because of Stephen using Michael’s login information to transfer the funds. He’s left people like his mom, Sarah, Carla, Jenny and a few others without a single cent too their name. He managed to take almost half of Tim’s mom’s money before she found out the truth.

It is a soap but as a parent I would always always be at my child's side even if he hurt someone. He's my child end of day. The pain you'll have y9 go through would still be bad despite what that person has done any mother or father who don't stick by there children shouldn't be having them in the first place .

Okay, Audry is the mother, and I understand she wants to go to her son's funeral, even though her son was a serial killer. That said, you can't expect the rest of your family to want to go to the funeral, as much as you want them to be there. Gail has every reason not to show up at the funeral, and to be aware that there are far too many people in the neighborhood suffering because of her half brother and the murders he carried out. Audry should understand this, it's not just a question of image, but the Platts practically know almost all of Stephen's victims, at least the ones in the neighborhood. If I were in Gail's shoes I would have done the same, or I wouldn't have had the gall to stick my nose out of the house after what was discovered about Stephen.

I agree with you that Gail was in a tough situation wanting to support Audrey but knowing Stephan taking innocent live's having to living it also with the people in the neighborhood especially Carla who he drug with LSD and Tim beating and leaving him for dead

Now there are no traces of him, it's not up to me to judge or forgive him, he didn't hurt me personally, but since he is a murderer, even if he was one of the friends who was beside me in some bad moments of my life, I wouldn't think about it twice to call the police if he showed up... luckily he doesn't live in my area, as far as I know, we lived in two different parts of Italy... So I understand very well why Gail doesn't want to go to her brother's funeral... I wouldn't go to the funeral of my once friend if they found him dead.

Her granddaughter was with her. She wasn't on her own. A 'direct funeral' might have been a better option. No service, no one attends. The body is cremated when there is a 'spare slot'. That way Audrey could have said her goodbyes when she scattered his ashes and it wouldn't have rubbed this fancy funeral in the faces of his victims. It's cheaper too.
