I think this song is one of the most serious and meaningful of all. I was asked to lead a song back when I was a young man. I chose this song. That congregation did not know the song. Undoubtedly a phenomenal vocalist, but I can't help but feel that David's singing is all for show, whereas Guy Penrod's seems to come from a sincere love for Christ. For this reason, I would much prefer to listen to Guy.
