😢I’m a recent widow and I’m NOT over my husbands passing!! All I can do is cry!! I have not slept a full night since he passed!! I try to hide my tears from my grandkids but sometimes they just don’t stop!!Please pray for me!!

I'm 71 and contracted covid a couple months ago. It was covid pneumonia and I coughed my bowels into a nearly inoperable hernia. Even my diaphragm became detached. I was a real mess inside. I could have died and even prayed for the Lord to take me home. But I'm still here trying to heal up from three major surgeries. All that to say: Heaven has never been more real to me. This covid thing can birth complications even after I'm no longer contagious. So I know every breath I take belongs to God. I'm not guaranteed it tomorrow. But I want to stay alive for the sake of my wife. I'd like to have one last big hurrah in the Lord as a Christian musician. I'd like to make up for lost time. But it's 71 I know I'm a short timer and that's okay. I have no fear of death but I do have an expectancy that one day, maybe soon I will step over into Glory and see my mother and my father and of course Jesus. As a worshiper, I can't wait to hear the music of heaven and the sound of a million voices glorifying God. Anyhow, getting old and or getting sick really makes you think of the one thing that is needed and that is to be in his presence weather still on this Earth or in heaven.

I'm 68 and I can fully understand what you are saying. Even while enduring my infirmities, I keep telling God that He Got This. For He is the one that holds my very breath in His loving hands. I just want to shine for Him more and more each day, especially as the day approaches when I see him face to face. And if one of you younger generation read this, please redeem the time that you have because before you know it, you will be old and gray headed also, saying "where did all the time go." So, make your life all about serving God the Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, always walking after the Spirit. Amen.

Amen my daddy Johnny Wayne Tisdale went home on the morning after his birthday Feb 14, 2021. He passed from COVID pneumonia he was physically alone in the hospital with just his nurse but I believe with ALL my heart God sent his angels to escort my precious daddy to his heavenly home. Daddy was a baptist minister for over 50 years and all though I miss him dearly I know he’s with the savior that he loves and served for so long! Love you daddy I’ll see you again in heaven

I'm sure I cant say anything to praise the Gaithers anymore than all have praised them. But anytime I watch any of their programs I think it's only one little grain of sand on a never ending beach of what Heaven will be like once I'm there. God bless all.

I turned on the Bill Gaither radio on Pandora while sitting with my mother-in-law on Dec. 2nd of 2023. This day, the Playlist was orchestrated just for her! Every other song was about Heaven or going home. Unbeknownst to all of my family, this was her last time to listen to listen to her favorite musicians and singers this side of her eternal home. She went to "The House" the next morning. She got her address change; her new healthy cancer-free body; her seat at her Father's table!

I came across this video this morning. Wow! I am sitting in the home of my 85 year old Dad who is in the valley of the shadow of death. He told me yesterday that he ready for heaven. Hospice has p divided Oxygen and morphine are keeping him somewhat comfortable but he is close. Heaven is growing sweeter!!! Thank the Lord.

My sweet husband was born on Christmas day, We always enjoyed this time of year to celebrate. I would have a cake decorated with his name,Dad, and Jesus. You see though we fall short , Jesus stands firm in my family. The Name above all names. Every knee WILL BOW to the name Jesus.

I just spent 8 hours in Hershey PA last weekend at a Gaither Concert!! What a wonderful time of singing and praising God!! Thank God for Bill and Gloria who God has used to bless my life for over 40 years!! My Mom passed away 8 years ago with dementia. She loved Jesus and couldn’t always remember where she was but when I would put in a DVD of the Gaithers she would sing along and knew every word raising her voice and hand in song!! Thank you for the reminder that this is not our home but we will go to our heavenly home soon to be with Jesus and see our loved ones once again!! ❤❤

I remember a quote from a Pastor, "You may enjoy the World's music but none of that will sustain you when the going gets tough." From experience that's true. Satan will turn the same lyrics he let you enjoy into attacks during depression. God's word and music is needed to drown out his attacks.

We all long to get to heaven when Jesus returns. However, our loved ones who have died are still here sleeping. We shall all get to heaven at the same time, and that is when Jesus returns with a shout of triumph, which will make the dead resurrect. I long for that day, and so do all the believers, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord!

Ephesians 2:6 tells me " we were raised together with the Lord". Born again Christians who have died including my dear wife are with the Lord right now and they have gone before us and they have already heavenly bodies, 2 Corinthians 5:1. Soon we shall meet them yonder. The grave is not our goal.

Having lost the love of my life only a month ago, this video was exactly what I needed to reaffirm my understanding that he has fought the good fight and has gone to his eternal reward and is waiting for me. God has given me many reasons to stay and enjoy whatever may be left of my life, but not only do I have no fear of death but now even look forward to it, so I can be in that beautiful place with God and with my beloved again, this time for all eternity. With such wonderful examples, how could I not want to follow them and walk in truth and light while I'm still here? Thank you, Gaithers, for this beautiful inspiration, not just for me but for the entire human race. God bless you!

I have been watching Bill & Gloria Gaither's songs and homecoming concerts since I was young. Last year, my heart was shaken when I lost my 5 days old-only daughter. This broke my heart and I have been struggling to accept the reality for a year now until I came across these beautiful testimonials. I feel strengthened and hopeful that when the trumpet is called up yonder, we shall reunite again with my Princess, Becky. I can't get enough of the songs. They are rich in promises and encouragement that truly Jesus leaves and heals 🙏

A prayer of complete surrender using caps as emphasis to encourage the disheartened and help the heart of the weak to go on with SWEET JESUS AT THE WHEEL because our contract with survival is brokered with sadness, fragility and anxiety. On a balcony of space STEPPED A PURE AND HOLY GOD. IN AWESOME SOLITUDE YOU STOOD ALONE. Not one faint star to give YOU light; just endless darkness, it was blackest night. But somehow in the darkness YOU COULD SEE. YOU SAW mountains high and lofty, YOU SAW valleys lush and green. YOU SAW babbling brooks, and wildflowers grow, YOU EVEN HEARD a robin sing. Then through YOUR COMPASSION STANDING OUT THERE IN YOUR TOMORROW, YOU SAW forum's visitors, their families and friends. 🥰 YOU SAW them as sinners (missing the mark resulting in their weaknesses prevailing causing guilt of wrong doing) because there is no intrinsic righteousness in any of us due to Adam’s sin. YOU SAW them as they grew from a baby into adulthood due to YOUR HANDS OF MERCY. 🥰 YOU SAW them pursuing a career path for the purpose of obtaining the gains of the world not realizing that it is a loss compared to what YOU DID on the cross. YOU SAW them working long and laboring hard to receive the grace by justification even though YOU stated, "This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."(John 6:29 KJV) YOU SAW the unwillingness to accept YOUR PLAN OF SALVATION THROUGH YOUR SON JESUS CHRIST. YOU SAW them living with the guilt of committing crimes to the heart. YOU SAW them enduring personal crisis. YOU SAW the weight of the burden on their hearts with each tribulation. YOU SAW them seeking comfort from the above mentioned topography, ONE OF THE MANY MARVELS YOUR PERFECT HANDS HAVE MADE. 👏👏👏 YOU SAW their worries about tomorrow. If their hearts were a window that they could look through, oh the pains and scars they would see. What a cruel fate the skin gives as a mask to the inward pain. But the skin couldn’t cover THE SUFFERING YOUR ONE AND ONLY SON BORED on the cross as PAYMENT for all our sins because HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ALONE HAD THE MERIT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR HOLINESS. Indeed, ONLY HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS IS SUFFICIENT TO SAVE us from this present evil world as evidenced by Mary's song of praise. "And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour." (Luke 1:46-47 KJV) Awesome thanks to YOUR GREAT PARDON for being easy on the heart. 🥰 They have seen a lot of crazy things done in YOUR NAME. For example, the father of lies futile attempts to make crooked the right ways of the LORD to turn people away from faith in the WORKS OF JESUS CHRIST ALONE. How can anyone bear the thought of his or her life story detracting from the GLORY AND HONOR KNOWN TO BELONG TO CHRIST ALONE? As a consequence, YOU ARE A MYSTERY OF GREAT MYSTERY to them. Despite this conviction, YOU ARE MINDFUL of them as evidenced by the fact that YOUR JUDGEMENT is not speedy, allowing them to pursue the desires of the flesh. They are aware of hypocrisy in religious assemblies that like to be seen and heard. In addition, secular education teaches that there is no right and wrong, if GOD exists there is no way of relating to HIM, and moral standards shift according to the whims of fashion. Therefore, their minds are conditioned to question everything this world has to offer including “THY POWER THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE DISPLAYED.” They have accepted the heavy burden of dealing with the troubles of this life and seek to know another way, YOU THE GREAT COMFORTER TO ALL who did receive YOU as their personal SAVIOR. Still, YOU have shown them NEW MERCY every day with each thought they make and each breath they take. Unfortunately, like the prodigal son, we are all guilty of wandering far from YOU LORD because the negative experiences of our lives tend to build roadblocks to the TRUTH. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them to identify the way, truth, and eternal life (that is YOU). Since to know and follow your SPIRIT is more exciting than any 007 movies, and YOU DELIGHT MAKING the ordinary into extraordinary. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST MAKE them understand that there is no way around YOUR TRUTH, and that there is something about YOUR NAME. As time marches on, JESUS CHRIST HELP them defeat in their minds what is false in YOUR EYES. LORD GUIDE their thoughts to know that the path of sin is hard on their hearts for the purpose of crying out to YOU to know the joy, peace of having the heavy burden LIFTED by THE GOD OF PEACE I AM, and ANCHOR their souls in THE HAVEN OF REST. In other words, LORD use the storms in their lives to get a hold of them to trust YOU and believe. In truth, YOU ARE THE JOY that seekest them through pain. LORD HELP their fainting hearts to believe that YOU, who was slain on the cross over 2000 years ago has the POWER TO CHANGE lives today through the INSTANTANEOUS GREAT FAVOR from GOD to the house of Israel made known in believers by YOU to make YOUR NAME EVERLASTING. 🥰 For as the statue liberates the citizens so the cross liberates the soul. ONLY YOU can calm the trouble waters of the mind when one admits to wanting salvation from one’s sinful nature, JESUS IS LORD, and believes in the heart that GOD RAISED HIM from the dead TO LIFT the heavy burden of sin's guilt away from the heart in accordance to YOUR WORD found in Psalm 51:1-10 KJV. 👏👏👏👏👏👏 O, the wonder of it all to experience within the flesh the feeling of a tree being cut back/pruned in order for it to grow stronger and more beautiful after meditating on the words of said Psalm. 🥰🙌 LORD MAKE them know that ONLY YOUR HOLY SPIRIT, through the experience of a new birth within believers, can prevent the family circle from being broken because THE HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE YOU HAVE GRANTED means a chapter of their lives is decided. Creation sings the rebirth song for them yearly, through YOUR PROMISE of springtime, giving rise to the idea that by the mention of YOUR NAME flowers grow, and the desert blooms again. 🥰 LORD GUIDE their understanding of words to use to come into YOUR PRESENCE with an honest reverence of WHO YOU ARE to experience the beauty that time can't erase YOUR WISDOM resting on their faces. LORD STRENGTHEN their determination to never waiver in efforts to search for YOU because the wages of sin is too high for anyone to pay. Additionally, THE KING OF KINGS is needed in their hearts to learn how to expand their capacity to love for YOU are LOVE in any language. 🥰 Once they learn to speak it with boldness through YOUR WONDERFUL COUNSELING all the world will hear, and know that LOVE is the language of their hearts. So LORD, KEEP KNOCKING on their door until they let YOU in to know hardships and struggles will end with a GREAT CELEBRATION WITH YOU. 🥰🙌 If one believes faith cannot be forced, YOU WILL GIVE that individual over to the stubborn heart to follow own counsel which will surely fail him or her to the extent that the punishment will last forever found in Psalms 81 NIV. Given this, I pray that YOU WILL MAKE that person see that this feeling is wasted for a world in which we become strangers as we age, gives us thrills instead of peace, aims to solve a problem but creates another, and unrest surges with each passing generation. Shed some light into their broken hearts for YOU ARE THE GREAT JEHOVAH, THE GOD THAT HEALETH thee. Lastly, LORD when they call on YOU in earnest prayer to come into their hearts to be born again (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life), I pray that YOU WILL GIVE them the blessed assurance of their salvation because nothing breaks YOUR HEART, or tears YOU apart like when they cry from the trials of the devil who comes to slander, falsely accuse, steal, kill & destroy. Only by drawing nearer to YOU LORD will put them on a path to a glorious one way trip winding upward to YOU where pain is not welcome because the heart will never break anymore. For ONLY YOU UNDERSTANDS our tears since YOU LOOK at the heart, while humans look at the flesh. O LOVE that will not let them go. When they don't have the strength to try, and have cried all they can cry hear their hearts that need YOU more today than yesterday. Many thanks LORD for speaking TRUTH in our lives TO BLESS those who are not offended by THEE. LET YOUR WILL BE DONE because YOUR LOVE ALONE CONQUERS everything by WAITING for them to cease struggling, and finally surrender to YOUR EMBRACE to learn about YOUR LOVE AND PROMISE TO TAKE CARE of your children exquisitely. 🥰 Since... "at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore"... (Psalms 16:11 KJV), and the nail print for them to know YOU by answering the following question. How did CHRIST LOVE people into a relationship with HIM? 🥰

Its really hard to accept if we lost someone we love...like you my husband left us with my 5 children its so heartbreaking that sometimes i just want to close my eyes and ignore my childrens and leaves them too but theyre all young and they needed me. But because of Gaither band and their amazing songs full of promise that there is God who will love me and the thinking that it happens to me because God has a better plan for all of Us🙏

The story from joni about the rocks for the templebeing dressed in the quari set me on fire in spirit because my heart felt all our lives we are being slowley prepared and dressed for Glory an the Bride is prepared for such a long time with special baths and teaching before the Groom came to collect her because she had to be perfect. Praise God . Thank you all for these videos .i started listening to the gaithers in 1975 . I have never been. Left disappointed but always completely blessed by their music. Oh how i thank God for this complete musical christian family for the blessing they have been in my life.please accept my heart felt thanks for your help to navigate through this life . I grew up with their music in my house too. My parents loved them and my grandparents as well. I didn’t really listen to them on my own until a few years ago when I was in my early 30s. Though I remember my parents old CDs and every Sunday they would be playing their songs.

I have lost sisters, 1 with disabilities, Brother w/ ALS. I lost my only Child at 40 years old. Losing a Child is so hard. It's a everyday thing I have to do alot of Praying to get through the day. Prayers for your loss. My sister 3 Years old than she always thought she was my protector. Where you seen one you seen both of us. I sure do miss her.

One thing I don't understand and I'm not being disrespectful to any one on here, I know when someone dies belonging to you its heart breaking and you never get over it you just learn to live with it and get on with life. Why is everyone in a hurry to get to Heaven, even young people, I believe in the afterlife and I hope to see all my family again but then they might not want to see me. Lol. I am religious in case you are wondering, I love Christmas but Easter is my favourite time.

@@verali164 Those of us who have accepted Christ as our Saviour look forward to Heaven as its beauties are beyond comparing. Heaven is the promised Land - no pain, no sorrow, no separation. Most of us have suffered enough in this life that we look forward to a place where there is no suffering. No war, no guns, no disease. Only peace & joy. And that's the best way I can describe it. Easter is a celebration of Christ's resurrection but loving Easter will not get you to Heaven. Only the confession of sins & walking with the Lord.

LORD STRENGTHEN their determination to never waiver in efforts to search for YOU because the wages of sin is too high for anyone to pay. Additionally, THE KING OF KINGS is needed in their hearts to learn how to expand their capacity to love for YOU are LOVE in any language. 🥰 Once they learn to speak it with boldness through YOUR WONDERFUL COUNSELING all the world will hear, and know that LOVE is the language of their hearts. Shed some light into their broken hearts for YOU ARE THE GREAT JEHOVAH, THE GOD THAT HEALETH thee. Lastly, LORD when they call on YOU in earnest prayer to come into their hearts to be born again (repentance manifesting itself in a changed life), I pray that YOU WILL GIVE them the blessed assurance of their salvation because nothing breaks YOUR HEART, or tears YOU apart like when they cry from the trials of the devil who comes to slander, falsely accuse, steal, kill & destroy. Only by drawing nearer to YOU LORD will put them on a path to a glorious one way trip winding upward to YOU where pain is not welcome because the heart will never break anymore. For ONLY YOU UNDERSTANDS our tears since YOU LOOK at the heart, while humans look at the flesh. O LOVE that will not let them go. When they don't have the strength to try, and have cried all they can cry hear their hearts that need YOU more today than yesterday. Many thanks LORD for speaking TRUTH in our lives TO BLESS those who are not offended by THEE. LET YOUR WILL BE DONE because YOUR LOVE ALONE CONQUERS everything by WAITING for them to cease struggling, and finally surrender to YOUR EMBRACE to learn about YOUR LOVE AND PROMISE TO TAKE CARE of your children exquisitely. 🥰 Since... Evelyn, I Lost My Brother Too December 12th, 2016. One Year Shy of Two Weeks I Lost My Mother Dec 26th, 2015. She was At My Home Under Hospice Care Because of Dementia and Her Body was Just Shutting Down At the Soon To Be Age of 91 on Dec 22nd. They Brought Her To My Home Thanksgiving Day From The Hospital. On Her Birthday That Night She Got Up To Use The Potty Chair Beside the bed. She Fell and Broke Her Hip...On Christmas Day She Had The Death Rattles. My One Brother the Oldest went Home. I told him not to. The Brother that Passed, was in the Middle. I am the Baby. He would bring us Breakfast from like Macdonald's or Somewhere, even though He was going through Chemo for His Cancer...He was 66 going on to 67 the 2nd of Jan. That Day on the 26th the next Day after Christmas. I had been playing Gospel DVD'S All Day for Her. The Bed was facing the TV. I had Put in The Gaither's Tent Revival DVD. They were Singing "WILL THE CIRCLE BE UNBROKEN" , When She Took Her Last Breath At 7:20pm. It was just Her and Myself. My Brother passed the next year in the Hospital. Both on a Sunday. It was Just Him and Myself. It was Them who Introduced Me To The Gaither's and All Who Are With Them. I know Mama and Daddy and My Brother( He Gave Me My First Real Bible When I Was About 10yrs. I remember tippy toeing at a Freat Aunt's Funeral As a Child. That's When They Brought Love One's to the Family's Home. I have so many Memories and Stories. I Love The Gaither's and Their Music. Just Turned 65 in this yr. Praying for You Evelyn. They fixed to cut me off. Love and Prayers for You and Your Family...We Will See Our Brother's Again One Day. Our Parents and Love One's. My youngest daughter is mentally handicapped, and has some physical and health problems as well. She is forty-two now, and her whole life, she's been looking forward to Heaven and the new pain-free body she will have there. Often the last thing she says to me as she's going to sleep is, "Go to Heaven soon?"

Thank you so much sharing for these songs. My sister shared this with me. Our Dad went home less than a month ago. My sister, Cathy called me one day. She told me that Daddy is walking again with no more pain. In other words, Daddy had gone home. I miss him, but I know one day I will see him again. I am so grateful the Lord has saved me. As am so grateful for the promise of Jesus in Hebrews 13:5" ...I will never leave the, nor forsake thee."

The last few years have been sad; loosing both my parents, my aunt's, cousins, nieces, in-laws and very special friends. Truthfully, the list is long. Thank you for the reminder that they're in a better place, and that death is only a passage. We will rejoice when we finally get there, seeing Him face to face.

Thank you for always reminding us where our REAL home is! We recently had a horrific encounter with evil from a young family member, & oh, how it broke our hearts! Love this! When Dad's home going was imminent, I bought your CD's Heaven and Going Home. Played them for Dad and he listened intently. When good friends came to visit, he perked up, smiled and exclaimed "I'm going home!!!!!!!"
