Verse1 Too many miles behind me Too many trails are through And too many tears help me to remember There's just too much to gain to lose. Chorus Too many sunsets lie behind the mountain Too many rivers my feet have walked through Too many treasures are waiting over yonder There's just too much to gain to lose. Verse 2 I've crossed the hot burning desert And I've struggled the right road to choose But somewhere up ahead I see cool clear water And defeat is one word I just don't use. Chorus Too many sunsets lie behind the mountain Too many rivers my feet have walked through Too many treasures are waiting over yonder There's just too much to gain to lose. There's just too much to gain to lose. Too much to gain Too much to gain There's just too much to gain to lose.

I had the privilege of seeing the Rambos in concert decades ago in Pueblo, Colorado. It was Dottie and Buck and Reba. Dottie is tiny . Tiny. She was wearing beautiful high heels. She is pretty so pretty. And kind. Reba is totally beautiful. Tall and humbly elegant. Buck a tall man. When they went on the platform at that church, the power of God moved as I had never felt him. They sang under a GREAT ANOINTING . It was an experience I'll not forget. They arrived in a big beautiful bus. God was surely there.

god did a woderful thing when he created dottie....just like her, and these other inspirational singers, they use what god gave them wisley....we all should think abput our talents, to be the body of christ....it really does make a huge difference, as it helps greiving hearts, i know it helps mine ,it puts my focus where it should be,on god allmighty, his son jesus, the holy spirit, instead of what i cant control, it helps me, with gods word, see more clearly through it all...i want to send a special thank you to bill and gloria gaither, and the gang for giving so so very much to us,and thank youtube, .i hope to buy dvds, but i can go here, for free, (such a blezsi g for im sure tons of folks desparatly seeking god,)....i really do want to purchase more and hopefully see the gang, and as separate music groups as it will be a pleasure to give back a tiny bit, cpmpared to what the music has meant to me o er last 20 some years. i heard ivan parker first at my best freinds moms house, when my husband and became separated, then god provided my very first gaither cassettes at a grocerie store, for sale...im like dotyie, what a promise...
