যিঁনি হিজরী ১৪৩৩, ১৪ ই যিলক্বদ বাংলাদেশের তারিখ অনুযায়ী (১৫ ই যিলক্বদ সৌদি আরবের তারিখ অনুযায়ী) এবং ঈসায়ী সন ২০১২ এর পহেলা অক্টোবর, সোমবার, আল্লাহর হাবীব (ﷺ)-এর প্রেমে সিক্ত হয়ে, আল্লাহর হাবীব (ﷺ)-এর চরণতলে জান্নাতুল বাক্বীতে শায়িত আছেন।

তোর তরে দেখ না বান্দা সকল আয়োজন
অন্তরের গভীরে ঢুকে একবার জোরে হাক ।।

সেখানে তুই দেখতে পাবি আমি আল্লাহর রোখ
জীবন রগের কাছে আছি নাই জীবনের ফাঁক ।।

পড়লে পড়ি তোর দশবার দুরুদ
বান্দা দেখ আমি স্বয়ং পড়ি ফেরেশতা ও সাথ
আমি তোরে স্মরণ করি তুই স্মরণ করতে থাক ।।
আমি আসি তোর কাছে নিয়ে মসিবত
সবর করলে সাথী হব দুঃখেরই রহমাত
দূরে রাখিস না আমায় বান্দা মনে লাগে দাগ ।।
দমে দমে ডাকরে বান্দা তুই শুয়ে ডাক
ঘুমে-জাগরণে বান্দা সুখে-দুঃখে ডাক

Allama Shaykh say'eed Manzoor Ahmad Al-Ahmadi Uwaysi Naqshbandi Rifaa'ie (Rad.)] Sajjada Nasheen of Imaamut Tareeqat Allama Shaykh Say'eed Muhammad Burhanuddin Uwaysi (Rad.) after Imaamut Tareequts Demise on 09th May 1964. He is performing responsibilities socially and spiritually. Ameer-e-Aala NEDA-E-ISLAM Bangladesh.

He is Awarded gold medal notionally for Commendable Services in social Welfare activities all over Bangladesh in 1978 From Cumilla Foundation.
