Gajar ko thande pani me banana chahiye warna fungus lagegi and taste bhi bitter hoga. Jaldi bhi kharab hogi. And taste bhi compromise hoga. Baki sab sahi hai.

Is the carrot in this almost cooked? My daughter is allergic to raw carrots. I’m wondering if it will be safe for her. Can the carrots be substituted with some other vegetables?

hi charul in this recipe you can add beet roots but in small amunt and you can cook carrots fully and if your daughter is allergic to raw carrots you can serve only the drink to her do not add carrots while serving and this kanji is of carrots you can also make kanji vada .... which is pretty similar...to this recipe .

Hi dear ,I have already uploaded kali gajar ki kanji, and this one is just because some people don't like the colour and taste of kali gajar...so i uploaded this one without any red colour, it also tastes amazing !
