When pronouncing names, it's really easy, when you see these vowels [a, i, u, e, o, N - N is a Japanese vowel and consonant]. A: as in "spA" or just "LA~" i: as in "bEE" u: as in "ooh" or "moo" yk e: as in "drEss" or "rEd" o: as in "pOUr" and N is like the normal English version. [I'm pointing out pronunciation because most vocaloids are Japanese]

as a Gakupo fan, the lack of edits and videos about him on social media makes me sad😭- he deserves to be as popular as the others like JUST LOOK AT HIM HES SO PRETTY

One of the other huge reasons why Gakupo died off is because he isn't owned by crypton, he's owned by Internet co. The "main" vocaloids (Miku, Luka, Rin, Len, Meiko, Kaito) are all owned by Crypton, so they get the spotlight for pretty much everything including project diva and 99% of the vocaloid merch out there.

ive never seen your channel before and i LOVE this video! gakupo has been my favorite vocaloid since i was 11 (now still a decade later lol!) and i think every day of what his widespread potential couldve been if only crypton paid a little more attention to him, i think a lot of people who like current anime style games would love gakupo. and i think his voicebank is so unique and aweful, he is such a joy to listen to in vkei and metal music i listen to him in. thank you for taking us down memory lane with this video, i really do miss the 2010 spirit of voxcaloid. now that im an adult, i go to conventions often, and finding merch for him is so difficult, it makes me so sad lol!

Crypton doesn't own Gakupo, he's under Internet co and unfortunately they are not the best at updating voice banks unless it's GUMI

Also, Gakupo is also shipped with Gumi [because they are from the same company lol ] Gakupo, Gumi and Una recently had their own concert, so he isn't that unpopular.

Another fun fact abkut gakupo, before luka or gumi came out he was mostly shipped with rin however the popularity of this ship was very short lived

Me, who loves Gackpo from his fictional (not canon) boy band life in Gensou Airly which actually made me buy his voicebank lmao. He has a strong voice, but can sound a bit robotic at times but I don't mind it personally. He's not underrated or less popular compared to a vocaloid like Kiyoteru Hiyama, but I think as new AI synths come in he and other banks could fade out. Great video by the way!! 💜
