Galactic Vortex - A Spiral Fractal Zoom (4K)

Here is an animation zooming into a fractal discovered with beautiful galactic spirals, described by z_{n + 1} = z_{n}^9 + c. The software and associated colour mapping were custom-made for this project, and the music was recorded by me (Fantasie Impromptu). I'm hoping to release the code that enables the user to explore in real time these types of fractal environments. The rendering took 2 days on the GPU for this sequence.

Hey there! I'm hoping to release an executable version soon that people can play around with (with photo and video generation), and possibly put it up on github as well :) Just making it a bit more user friendly at the moment!
