he had spellcasters in the grave. the card says if you control one or one in grave. He was able to use tower to draw

because when you warning something, it completely negates the summon and stardust cannot negate a counter trap because monster effects are spell speed 2 and counter traps are 3 and cannot be negated unless by another counter trap

yeah. but they did some other mistakes too. in the first duel he could have chained the Compulsory Evacuation Device when it was destroyed by breaker and he can't use a face-down monster as a tribute for icarus-attack. You can do that in the OCG(Japan) but not in the TCG(England, USA, Germany etc.). yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Icarus_Attack

no they are letters in fact if u have seen arc v a noob uses hierophant of prophecy and all of the people said that he has that deck but no he just has that card that can be summoned by an lv seven spellcaster

Assuming black wing is the tier 3 you meant ant prophecies tier 1, wasn't that a little close for such a gap in tiers? With the LP they were at, either one of them could have been one-shot in a turn.

Warning NEGATES the summon as in it never hit the field. Cant use an effect if you never hit the field.

I wanted to run copycat but all I got in response to that was "don't, that's stupid". But in a situation like yours, not having copycat at that moment would have likely resulted in a loss, no?

well, in his final turn, when summoning the blackwing-armed wing, he could have removed vayu and any other lvl 4 non-tuner blackwing (zephyros), to summon blackwing-gram the shining star. when placing vayu in a blackwing deck, one should have a blackwing synchro of all levels (5,6,7 and 8). Armed wing attacks breaker for -400 and Gram attacks for game.

well, since we already know what they are (aka ocg exclusives) their effects are watered down from their manga effects, but their artwork is amazing. at first i thought gladius might be helpful at 1, since he can special summon himself (w/ conservative playing of course), but there are better options than both these cards, and damascus just isn't needed, but if you find him useful, then go for it

I think Blackwings could have one this duel if Vayu's effect had been activated after the summon of Armed Wing, then after destroying Breaker he could have swung directly and as long as it did 1900 it would have been game.
