How to Make a Healthy and Delicious Russian Strawberry Kompot Without Boiling the Berries

00:25 Add sugar to hot water and let it dissolve.
00:30 Bring to boil and add wine.
00:33 Let it boil 3-5 min, so alcohol evaporate and only great flavor will be in the beverage.

00:40 For the recipe, we don't boil strawberries and preserve most vitamins. The berries taste is good too!
00:46 We can serve kompot hot at summer and cold at winter.

It was a lot of fun! Looks in the video so peaceful and romantic... But in real... My husband was holding tablecloth, so everything not flies away, it was pretty strong wind and I try to catch right angle with my camera. :) Kompot was real good in the pitcher! :)
