The last time, I was in a commercial building when I heard an argument between an EPA staff and the owner of the property. The EPA man was demanding for the building's EPA certificate. After producing the certificate, He directed the EPA man to go to Kibi where there are so many companies without EPA certificates destroying water bodies in that region
