This moveset is NOT a speedster. Being a speedster is not just about mobility. It’s about high burst damage and being frail. Galarian Rapidash has lower damage to stay in a fight a long time and has high survivability. It is an all rounder.

Almost hard to believe that this is the first “alternative region” we’ve gotten in the game since launch. Definitely in the same mindset as others as to how it did feel like we would get a speedster, but I guess they thought all around was more appropriate. Still, much like A. Ninetails, we do have quite the nice looking Pokemon here.

Every single move here looks super fun to play. I do wish fairy wind was a little smoother tho. I feel like it should’ve functioned like sylveon ult where it’s just a jump but you have full control, rather than an aimed move Could’ve flowed a lot better and would always match your current movement speed, but oh well

You people do not understand what makes a speedster It is not just mobility. Look at darkrai. Speedsters need to do massive burst damage, and also be frail themselves. Galarian Rapidash has high speed yes, but she does lower damage per move and stays in the fight a long time and has high survivability This is not a speedsters moveset.

No, speedsters "doesn't do" burst damage, it's kill and run. Only attackers can perform that. (Burst ADC, Crit ADC, and more) Like this pokemon here. It's a speedster camouflaged in an all-rounder. And it's mechanics are solely on speed, flexibility and rapid response. While it can be sure hit moves for a speedster makes it easy to play, skill shots are made to only attack while ambushing or just get the right moment to use. Zeraora's 2nd skill relies damage and a little bit of shield. While the 1st can zap and go back to your position before. this combos as an skill expression moveset. Galarian rapidash is different. It does small DMG and frail as you said. However, you have to be flexible when using it. (I'm saying small because it's bot mode and it's release? Well let's wait)

Also ADCs are the opposite of burst dmg, they whittle you down with basics like BK cinderace, RL deci, PF dragapult, DP dura, etc. Mages like blizzard A9 are more likely to deal burst dmg. The entire point of speedsters is to kill their carry fast. That's exactly why they deal burst dmg (most of the time), otherwise they'd be bad at their job.
