Thank you Paul. I use to be 7th day Adventist. I never felt saved. I was always living in fear. I’m free today and in love with God soooo much more. God bless your teachings.

I’m staying with friends that are 7th day. I’ve been praying for them to realize the truth of the gospel. Do you have any advice? Thank you and God bless!

@angelh1608 I am a Seventh-day Adventist, what is the truth of the gospel? Answer John. 3:16 ,For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:9 What else am I missing?

I heard the song Amazing Grace all my life…but it wasn’t until I truly grasped the understanding of Grace that the song had new meaning. Thank you Pastor Paul for your teaching by means of HIS Holy Spirit

Shall we Continue in sin because Grace Abound? God Forbid! The Bible stated clearly that there are sin that leads to death, Let's be mindful of how we as Christians leave our Life. We should not use God Grace as a licence to Sin. Shalom!

Thank you Lord for reminding me through this sermon that what you most want is an intimate relationship with me and that I don't have to and can't do anything to earn your love. As a person heavily involved in ministry and good works, I needed to be reminded today that you God would rather have a true relationship with me than any works I can do for you. Thank you for your grace.

Oh... Pastor... God bless you ... you remind me of my Dad who allowed the Holy Spirit to guide Him .God even gave him the gift of visions and they would communicate with each other in a very personal way... God took him at the age of 88 with a big smile in his face after my brother and him prayed... he just went to sleep ... and by thre grace of God, he just went to sleep so at peace , of old age, When he was alive, his passion was just tell people about Jesus, prayed and taught me to just love God’s Grace... he was God’s servant until the end of his life on earth, now he is rejoicing with the Lord. Thank you for your testimony. I’m praying for you everyday during our 1 plus hours of devotional, pure fellowship with God in learning of his Holy Word and praying without any limits... and by the Grace if God, And God is good, and amazing beyond words, that you are right, it makes you cry because it is so vast , it’s indescribable beyond words...to God be all the glory and honor!

Can you please explain how this works as far as reaping and sowing? That's what I always thought karma was. You reap what you sow. Bad or good.

I am totally confused. How was I an heir before I was saved. And what pray are the elemental principles of this world.
@TurumanyaCharisPius3 ай бұрын
Well, the passage speaks to those who are Christians and not to unbelievers, meaning before u were saved you were still under the elemental spiritual forces of the world

I think what the issue is since I struggle with this is that we will hear a chapter in the Old Testament such as Deuteronomy 28 & 32 and Exodus 23 talk about reaping what you sow. Also talking about the harvest of obedience and disobedience and the blessings or curses linked to this. This can make a person confused. Who doesn't want a blessing from God?

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (August 15), Galatians 4:4-7 was the New Testament Lesson (or Epistle) for those churches that celebrated The Festival of Mary, Mother of Our Lord. For those that celebrated The 12th Sunday after Pentecost, it was Ephesians 5:15-20.

I believe that "karma" is in line with God chastening his children!
@khropelohe Жыл бұрын
As a Christian believing in karma is wrong. Karma is never in line with God. It is Hinduism and Buddhist belief. It is more than "you get what you deserve" it is central to their teaching of re-incarnation. Karma-marga is the belief of attaining god through way of work and end the endless cycle of re-birth (samsara). It is sad to see man/woman of God taking other religion concept in our belief and making it look like it is okay. It is not okay, it is syncretism which is wrong. There are many thing in the Bible better than this concept, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you (luke 6:31)". We are not save by our work but by God's grace.

That's what happened to my husband and me, a black cat ran across our car while we were driving. All that came to mind was I'm the righteousness of God & as a Gentile I was never under the curse. I'm blessed because I'm in Christ.

I was talking to a friend once and saying supposedly Jeffrey Dahmer became a Christian in prison and that was a huge stumbling block for her. She said there is no way he is in heaven and if he is I don't want to go there. I am so thankful that none of us even the most vile of sinners by our estimation are not beyond the grace of God. In my flesh there are times I desire someone to be punished that has wronged me but then I remember what God has done for me. It isn't always easy but I am so thankful His grace is sufficient!

I'm confused, it says in many parts of the New testament; repent and be baptized. Isn't repenting doing something to get into heaven.
