Na morning 7 ku breakfast sapduven ...11 ku buttermilk or abc juice .... 1.30kulunch konjama rice Mushrooms..broccoli omlet ...sambar ....avlothan. .. Per day ku two meal than. Sapduven ...after 2 onum e sapda maten ...evening around 6pm milk tea with lite sancking either puffed rice or chickpea. ...after baby 69 kg vanthen ..again kurachuten 57 iruken ..but ipovum Weight loss process la than iruken
