Hi, My phone is A21s (SM-A217M) and doesn't go to that screen after sim pin lock part it stays on the screen with the three ringtones. I see quickly other, screen but stays on the screen with the three ringtones.

it happens in some phones. Check some of the latest videos the method of secure folder, it will solve your problem. (the rest of the process is the same, the big issue is to get into settings).
