It seems to me that in Poland you can't buy it on a steam account for the price of PLN 45 I wanted to buy it for the myteam mode so that I also have Dirk Nowitzki Galaxy Opal 98 ovr NBA 2K25 Pro Pass: Season 4. Only this can be bought in the USA. I wanted to buy this for myself NBA 2K25 Pro Pass: Season 4 but there is no such possibility. If I wanted to buy it as a gift for a friend, it can be done on a steam account.
