I think people for the most part don't have a Samsung phone because they've never actually tried one. Of all the people I know (in person and in random comments across the net) who've switched to android are SO much happier with them. There are a million reasons why which I won't bother going into but suffice to say, Android on balance are a far superior experience. My last crapple phone was a 4s and I'll never go back. Currently on a Galaxy S8.
