I don't know i don't own any of this phone but let me tell you from what i experience from friends or family, my niece own pixel 6a , cousin iPhone 13 and And niece friend have galaxy s21 fe. Whenever it is time to take a pics out of the three phone. They used to say let's take from pixel 6a. I agreed after seeing the result. Nowadays most of the Chinese brands produced a photo which looks like photo shot from samsung .. high contrast and way too vibrant pics . By the way I am using OnePlus 9rt which is somehow similar to samsung in same scenario. I don't like the output from OnePlus since the color is boosted more than the way it intended to.

My problem with samsung phones is that in the photos the subjects are always too bright which makes the details dissapear

S23Fe is great for the price and especially if you're looking for brighter portraits and over-all photos. Just note that some regions have Exynos variants wherein the processing is inferior. Pixel 8 is great over-all and the only major drawback is the lack of 3x lens. Both are inferior to iPhone's in low-light videos btw. Cheers 🥂

I just picked up a S23 FE it is a nice camera. In this test S23 FE the colosr are brighter but the brightness is 20% to 30% to high is some of the image. Pixel 8 in most of the image it has 25% to 30% sharper images. So which is more important for you one brighter colors or a little sharper images.

The only thing I don't like about the Samsung phones is that they tend to overexpose the shots when not necessary. I prefer the pixel shots myself but not sure why they cannot upgrade their battery charging speeds.

There's no 2x, you just need to crop in. Yep, its also good considering the main sensor is really good on S23 FE.

S23 Fe is in the clear for me. Night shots, 3x zoom and better video quality and stability generally, the main sensor images are almost identical

Pixel plays with the highlights and grains. They reduce the highlights a lot and increases grains and that way the pictures look subtle and sharper without brightness blowing out the details.

So many pictures looks under exposed on the Pixel. But it could be that it lack range/detail in the darker areas? Like that would look more natural like some people seem to claim? 😅 too bluish/cold white balance and a lack of range would be more natural because colors are undersaturated?

higher brightness doesn't mean better quality some times it leads to over exposed shots .. inconsistency and clipping highlights even the HDR don't work good .. even in low light you won't find any details .. so pixel 8 is a clear winner

I've been a Samsung user since the beginning and I've absolutely loved the camera. I now have a Piixel on the recommendation of the camera that I have heard everywhere and I am very disappointed. The pictures are dark, grainy and clearly inferior. If you love Samsung cameras, I strongly urge you not to get a Pixel, despite what all the reviews say.

I just cant get around samsung colour science. They can put all the lens' in the world, but their colours are just way off reality and for me personally i dont like that. I want to look at a photo and remember how it was like in the moment, not how a filter changed the moment, that should be for editing if the person chooses to do so after the fact

@@sanketpawar123 pixel has same or less heating than s23 fe, 8 gen 1 was the last disaster from snapdragon because it was "made by Samsung 🤣" just like tensor g3, and s23 fe has worse overall battery life , if you watch some battray drain comparison you will see that pixel has better battery life, and other than zooming pixel has better camera and hugeeeeee software support, and also in my country pixel 8 and s23 fe sells for the same price, i am confident i made the right decision by buying pixel 8, i am impressed with pixel 8

I think when people talk about Samsung the word saturated gets me confused. Samsung has brighter colors. Pixel has darker colors. When I think of saturation, I think of deeper colors.

Dark/bright is about exposure tho. You can have really desaturated pictures and dark too. Pixel has better contrast, while maintaining saturation well, hence almost nobody says Pixel is oversaturated. And the contrast being deeper causes the pictures to appear darker because usually the gap between highlights and shadows will be bigger, hence you see the highlights as lighter and the shadows as darker. If you're confused, just look at the skies. If we're talking about saturation, we have to pinpoint one specific color shade first because saturation is about how intense a shade of colors is. For example, the sky's blue in Samsung is more closer to blue than Pixel which is closer to grey. Like, it has more blues on it. In a graphic software like Photoshop, you would have to place your point closer to the very blue tone to achieve Samsung's blue, hence called more saturated. In Pixel, you have more blend of grey shades of the blue, hence it's less saturated than Samsung is. So if the colors are more vivid than the actual colors, that's called oversaturated. I'm a graphic designer btw.
