Whatever resolution I choose, from HD 30, to 8K 30 my sharp footage on the phone becomes a jittery affair, reminiscent of thermal noise, on these mentioned apps. Thanks for the detailed video - I really learnt a lot about my new phone - just thought I would let you know that on the Australian version at least, when you access the the Quick Panel settings, the button grid size option is not on the list. I did download Goodlock and Quickstar which allowed me to add this option in. Thanks again for all the great info!!

Thanks for the great video. I have a question.. I use the Direct Dial widget, one for cell and one for home phone of the same person. On older androids, it would differentiate between cell and home on the label so I'd know what number I'm dialing, but now they all just say the person's name. I see no option to customize. Is there something I'm missing or maybe a better option?

For display setting, do you have any suggestion to fix the display/screen since when I use chrome browser to launch KZbin and select Desktop mode/site, the KZbin screen/content becomes very tiny. Thanks.

@Jeff Springer What about that unknown web browser that over throws your default browser? It only happens when you go to your gmail and click a link in your gmail inbox, A unknown web browser opens up instead of your default browser, of which gives you to option to open your defualt browser upon the 3 dots on the top left. I'm severely trying to figure out how to disable this unknown browser that opens up everytime you click on a gmail website link.

Any chance notification “show previews when unlocked” to work faster? Face recognition take too long, fingerprint sensor takes you out of the lock screen. What happens when you want to just glance your notifications?

One thing i could do on my s 21 was click on the notifications in the notification drop down and they would take me directly to the page in question, but on the s23ultra ill click on notifications in my drop down but clicking them juat clises the dropdown and leaves me on the page im currently on. I am new to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. I used to have Galaxy Note 8. I am a pics and video taker and had about 7000 +pics on my old phone with use of the SD card. After my data has transferred to the new phone, pics became completely out of order. Then, they somehow re-arranged themselves and appeared to be in chronological order. But the next day all was completely messed up again. Can anyone explain please how to fix it. Thousands of photos!

Hello Jeff. What do you think about these two Developer options? One is called the "Background process limit." By default is set to "Standart limit." l changed it to "No background processes," meaning no app will work in the background. I noticed a massive bust to my $22 Ultra battery life. Do you think this switch won't affect my phone's performance and updates? The second one is called "Multi window for all apps." If you activate this feature, all apps will work with multi-windows. I noticed that not all apps are supported, so l enabled it. Could you let me know what you think about these two features, please? Thank you.

My new S23 Ultra works great everywhere but in my home. I get 1 or 2 signal bars and can't talk on the phone inside my home. Best Buy changed the phone for me and Verizon put in a new Sim Card. They all made sure everything was working. Everything works except being able to have conversation inside my home. Any ideas or suggestions?

Hey Jeff, I have an S22 Ultra and was wondering how to enable the city and state location under the number for incoming and outgoing calls. The only time I can see where the call is coming from is either after the call in recent call logs or the call filter app. Is their a way to see it when the call is initially coming across the screen? I was told it is not a feature on the latest S series phones, but I have seen the feature on the Z series. Thanks

Great video. I recently switched from s22 ultra to s23 ultra. Everything seems seamlessly integrated except I no longer get KZbin notifications. Do you have knowledge on why this is occurring? I have it set on receive all notifications but I don't receive anything. It is something I'm used to and need for my productivity. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can choose to restart but it will choose the best time based on your use which I know is worse

My problem with my S23 Utra is that the screen rotation is TOO sensitive! I just go to put my phone down on the table and the home screen switches to landscape immediately. REALLY annoying!!!

I would recommend turning off the emergency SOS setting, it's defaulted on at least on mine it was, your phone will call 911 if you press the power button like 5 times. How do you take a screenshot on the fly with the 23 ultra??
