hi johnathan, really great videos. I have bought this s23 ultra. But my main issue is over vibrant colors as compared to iphone 14 pro's natural colors. Even skin tones look to white. I order mine from google fi, for 600$ with 512gb y 12gb ram, I haven't see any other youtube use the phone as you use it, I think that they don't know what phone they have, also I see a guy use spen to navigate the phone, music, video, take pictures, I have no idea that there is a lot of features that can be used with the pen, is crazy, like I said some people why u buy something If you don't know how to use for real, get a cheap one to make calls and that it lol.

Great video. You are the only one that produces such videos. The best thing with the filter is that you can actually add it directly to the camera and apply it to photos and videos which is a pretty unique feature. For people who don't know the Gallery app: almost all features are in your existing Gallery App. Event the the Light room integration is in Expert raw already (at least on Fold 4). You don't have to wait for One UI 5.1.

I know that shutter lag problem has been solved, but using 8k video for extract photos is the best way for moving subjects and give you better images quality..

If I take a screenshot of a 169 video from KZbin I get The bars on the side. Is there a way to accurately crop them out? The crap feature kind of has notches as you make the adjustment that hold it to different aspect ratios. But there's a range within those? Is there a way to natively crop it to sixty nine and have it Perfectly match the edges Of the videoi'd love this to even be automatic so I don't have to find the edges or move a box around the screen it. Would be even better to make a screenshot that ignores the black bars and only Copies of 169 video if that's an option.

There was something I wanted to ask, I know the S22 Ultra had something like this last year but I have to know, does the S23 Ultra have detail enhancer? I really hope it does since I heard it did wonders for the S22 Ultra. I'm considering getting the S23 Ultra so I'd be really grateful if it does have the detail enhancer feature the S22 Ultra has.

Lightroom expertraw raw integration is there since the very first expertraw update, in November 2021... 😅... to be honest Lightroom for s23 is not yet updated with lens distortion and Adobe color profile...

Yes it is, I showed that in the video. The new thing about Lightroom is the color profile is now integrated. Samsung worked with them to do this.

Hi! I´d the same problem but I got the solution today! Go to "Settings" -> Accessibility, -> Interaction and dexterity -> touch and hold delay, set to 0.5. Hope to help you!

The sticker feature, of cutting out a person and saving them as a separate image has been around since the S22

The process of doing it is much different. Being able to long press and automatically cut out a subject is new.

@@OT4Tech nearly everything you have in this video was added to the s22 ultra with ver:14.1.04.2 gallery update, and the phone March 2023 patch. The long press to remove a specific something from an image is in the April (May for Verizon) patch. The items are no longer exclusive to the S-23 I do have both the s22 and s23 Ultra. Look at it this way, it gives you an opportunity to do another video on all the upgrades for the s22 ultra for all those people who have not yet upgraded to the S23 😊

Not quite everything.. S22 Ultra does not have 8K 30fps, it can’t remove a subject the same way, it doesn’t have family album sharing, I can surely keep going since I have both phones in hand.

This is pure bullshit from Samsung to add certain features in an app that are only available one one phone. The gallery app version is identical on both s22 ultra and s23 ultra and yet this feature doesn't exist on the s22 ultra...

Funny how noooobody talks about how bad the reception is on these phones, it's all about the camera features. Who cares. I rather have a phone with good reception like my s21 ultra, that blows this away.

Personally, I don’t have any problems with reception. The S23 series uses the Snapdragon X70 modem which is better than the X60 on the S21 and X65 on the S22. You are the only person I have heard with problems. Compared to my iPhone 14 Pro and Google Pixel 7 Pro the S23 Ultra retains service better and gives a more accurate reading.

The phone that you have is based off of a different processor and different ISP so the image quality issues you may experience are different than those of the US model since it’s Exynos vs Snapdragon. This year, the Galaxy S23 Ultra features a Snapdragon processor globally so every has the same hardware experience. Also, the videos I produce are typically fine after updates since it’s not comparing quality, it’s features.
