I guess the S23 Ultra still hasn't reached its potential, although the S23 Ultra uses more advanced sensors and software, the S22 Ultra seems to be better in many other places.

I had the s22 ultra and bought the s23 ultra at its launch. For some weeks I had both and I found that night mode pictures looked a lot better on the S22 ultra. In fact sometimes there were some dark reflections on s23 ultra night pictures that I believed it was a defective device.

The S22 ultra appeared more vibrant and it's overall the best. With subsequent updates, I think the s23 will surpass it as it has been with Samsung flagship rollouts over the years. The S20 ultra isn't bad though with all the controversies surrounding it during it's time of release.

great comparison.. in quality and dynamic range I see the s23 better, but I like how the sky looks in the s22, it highlights more details (7:13) question.. which one is more like how the sky really looks?

Huge work ! S20 Ultra is a mature phone nowdays with it's technology... what will it be in 2 or 3 years... I wish to see a day the same comparison between Mi11 Ultra 12S Ultra and 13 Ultra Xiaomi's phones by a reviewer. Regards

Your reviews are always very handy, thank you! I'm liking many of the S20 Ultra pics just because of warmer tonal color and natural look. S23 Ultra does look best in some instances, and S22 Ultra the worst, surprisingly! I wonder how similar the Note shots are to the S20 Ultra's...

Great comparison. I could have waited until next year when the S24 Ultra comes onto the market. My still great performing S20FE 5G Snapdragon is doing a great job, but after losing a Lumix TZ30 that I used for long telephoto photos, I bit the bullet and got the S23 Ultra with great discount and free Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The photos are great but still need a little tuning. Updates will help.

I didn't buy my S22 Ultra for the camera. It was reasonably priced new and unlocked. I ended up giving my Hero 11 to my daughter as I was taken aback by the quality and speed of the Samsung over the GoPro. My phone does such a better job in Raw video for color correction in Davinci Resolve.

Glad i haven't upgraded my s22 ultra to the s23, im pretty sure the s23 ultra will improve with software like the s20 ultra did, the s20 ultra when it launched compared to now ? The difference is night and day, i still have my old one as a backup device and i can confirm is still a great device, still give the newer phones a run for their money, s22 Ultra is just a killer device in the camera department, the higher contrasty vivid colors, the amazing portrait mode, it's just wow-factor, no need for upgrades anytime soon, money wise ? The s20 ultra is the best value Ultra this days around 300$

@Soto-Tech2020 in Portugal 🇵🇹 note 20 ultra seems to be going up in prince probably because it's the last note, here note 20 ultra is more expensive than an s21 ultra in some stores, for 150-200 less the s20 Ultra seem like a better deal, if some people really need the note experience it's a hard sell justify the price gap since is pretty much the same device
