I am from the future to tell you the reason your screen is not working is because you have replaced the screen most likely with a third party screen and not samsung after damaging it most likely. The new features in the update work only with samsung screens and nothing else. If someone tells you to uninstall the update with something like "Flashing" know that this comes with a serious risk; only sometimes works, and could end up breaking your phone all together or just not work at all. For a GUARANTEED solution you will have to go to a samsung store they suggest by going to samsung website and find a store for your phone repair in your area. One example is "UbreakIFix" store has real samsung parts. Just know this solution will cost $250+. Getting a whole new phone would be the last option and we both know how expensive that is.

@@Fix.369 The phone is only two weeks old. As I said I had to connect my phone first, then go through the steps as per another video and it worked. I mentioned it because I thought you might have missed the first step as from the comments it apparently isn't working for others.
