Some people say Origins OS is better, battery life is a bit longer on chinese version. They also care about domestic market and put some efforts into the updates. Follow the guide from tradingshenzhen to set up and remove those unwanted things. Most of the things work if it's not chinese carrier locked (all the bands available, but LTE 20) except for Android Auto.

Vivo's X100 Pro, the IQOO 12 and the Oneplus 12 are currently imo on their way to be the best phones of the year. More money gets you 2-5% better at best and only in certain situations. These three are classy all rounders. Samsung and Google better watch out. Additionally, I feel like BBK's brands have been fighting amongst each other with their killer value now lmao like the X100 Pro is so good the Find X7 Ultra doesn't seem that worth it and neither would the X100 Pro+ I believe. The jump from the X90 Pro to the X100 Pro was staggering and a really delightful surprise from Vivo considering the main flagship is gonna be China only. I really hope these phones put downwards pressure on greedy bozos like Samsung and Google with their quirky and in the future a paid service, AI features.

@@kaiserfakinaway5909 yep, I have been a samsung fanboy for a couple of years....now turned to Vivo because my s22 after recent update caused a pink line to appear ..on reaching service center they said I dropped the phone and that's how line appeared .. they put blame on me.....(I always had a rugged case and never dropped the phone....quick search on the internet will give u the answer... Samsung released faulty display and after updates pink lines appear due to surge voltage) anyway they put the blame on me and wanted me to pay extra for repairs .. I sold the phone just after visiting service center and I promised myself never to buy sht samsung again .... Bought vivo x100 pro and I have to say the camera hardware is awesome....bought it at less price of my s22 which I bought on 2022 due to some offers ....anyway I am happy with vivo and can recommend anyone this phone.....only some minor os nuances are there compared to one UI ...rest everything is fine

Based on this video, I agree that the Vivo camera is better overall than Samsung in the showed scenarios, but keep in mind that you are paying the extra money for the Galaxy S24 Ultra for more than just the camera, it's the S-Pen and its features, the AI capabilities, the anti-reflective screen, the better noise canceling, 7 years of features and security updates ...

Great comparison! Kind of bums me out regarding Samsung's lacking in the macrophotography department. I'm always taking macro pictures in my garden of flowers and I've always felt like the still photos that came out of my old mate 20X are better than either of my newer Samsung phones. There's not much of a chance of me getting a new Huawei phone anytime soon here in Kansas USA so I was hoping with that new high megapixel telescopic lens they would up their tele-macro game this year. Hopefully they will get some updates to make good use of the new hardware.

Vivo still the king for me. Its on a different level when taking extra lowlight video in 3:06, its brighter, sharper, and less noise, but maybe u need boost the pink tint to make the white balance better. Also zooming photos still the best for me, sharper in most conditions, idk man samsung has made this trend long before vivo in s20 ultra, but getting beat by its own game is awkward... There is a problem in oppo find x7 ultra, like old china smartphone algorithms that it smoothens the skin texture too much, also the video tends to overexposed in most conditions

You should try portrait shots with the zoom camera instead. Vivos 4.3x telephoto is a 100mm macro lens. It is optimized for portraits and macro photography as well. The main camera in all phones is a 23-26mm wide lens so it is not recommended for portrait as it distorts the picture showing people in wrong proportions. Great review by the way. Cant wait what the Vivo X100 pro plus will bring in a few months

The Oppo Find X7 Ultra is clearly the weakest here. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is the best, although there are situations when the Vivo X100 Pro is better. I think in most situations the Samsung has the best white balance, the best color rendering, contrast, and shadow enhancement. The S24U has the best image stabilizer for sure, especially with zoom cameras. Furthermore, the S24U has the best dynamic capture, the detail retention of the bright parts, which is clearly visible between 4 minutes 44 seconds and 5 minutes 24 seconds, in the upper part of the tower, which is well illuminated by the sun and reflects on it. It's surprising how bad Oppo's image stabilization is, and it's also very poor in many others, a software fix would be great. It is not visible here, but the X100P shows a reddish or orange discoloration in certain situations.

(when you said that, Oppo's footage was rattling AF while few seconds later on the beach moving the footage to the side Samsung was jittery. I am always sticking to Samsung for their software and S-pen, but based on the comparisons shown here, I am very impressed with Vivo. Oppo not so much. I really like their color balance. Nicely done!

I would also give vivo the portrsit shot win due to the sheer versatility kt offers, and i feel that most indian like a biy of skin smoothing so thats a benefit for me. The blur styles offered by vivo and the different focal lengths i all gind suoer appealong on it.

There were all set to the same level to fit me in the shot, they are not using the zoom cameras all main cameras here.

Well Samsung forgot to upgrade their cameras implementing AI, but Vivo certainly did not. Especially with that very much clean & noise free night photos and videos. Excellent job vivo. You overtook Samsung this year in camera department imo.

Just got an S24 Ultra after having Oppos for the last 4 years. Low light images are crap, full of noise, over sharpened and under exposed. Taking it back and getting the Vivo I think
