you've probably got moisture trapped inside your phone somewhere, best thing to do is just but it in a box of rice because the rice will take up all of the moisture and your phone will be dry again

that's what my phone did, I took it up to Verizon and they factory resetted my phone and my phone got stuck on the download blue screen and it just did what this guy did and now my phone is back to normal, nothing deleted, still the same.
