If the board is damaged and wont power on the chance of recovering the data are nearly zero. Because if it cant be turned on there is no way of getting the data back. Try visiting any other shop who repairs motherboard because sometimes ICs like the power ic burns which in somecases easy to repair.

You can use the motherboard with only one sim card but keep in mind 2 things. 1: is the sim card tray, i am not sure whether it will work for the other motherboard, i think it will. 2: The flex cable which has the charging port and headphone jack, these cables sometimes do have issues if you change the model of the motherboard

Hi, yes the model number is mentioned on the back glass of the phone! Most of the time it is SM G935F or G935FD (Dual Sim). Other way is when you open up the phone, The flex cable containing the charging jack and headphone jack of the phone has written BOLD the model number, F or A or if any other one!

You can put any motherboard but remember one thing, if yr using for example g935F motherboard then you should check that the charging flex strip is also the "F" one. Because if the changing flex strip is different many problems arise for example the antenna signals.

The solution is that if your changing the motherboard model then also change the flex cable according to that model. Its a cheap part as price point of view and is very easily available.

Brother I have Samsung s7 edge Single sim. The Technician in the repairing center he spoiled motherboard with excess heat while checking. Now as per Other Technician my phone is completely dead. Because previous Technician before applying heat he didn’t removed some seal (Gum) from CPU and he directly applied excess heat on it to remove CPU so that the ball near the CPU came out and now they are not able to fix that. So please let me know which mother board should I buy for SAMSUNG S7 edge single Sim. And can I REPLACE CPU From My previous mother board to new Motherboard To get all data back Because as per technician OLD CPU is good in condition and replacement of CPU works on IPhone.

The one i bought is original. Well all of them are refurbished so there is never any warranty but mine is still working. Its international version so mostly every countries sims work. Yes mine is still working perfectly fine

If you are sure that updating the software may have resulted in the failure of mic working, then do try downgrading the software before you proceed to any other step.

Also try replacing the both mics, one on the top near the ear peice and the second one located at the bottom near thr home button.

Sometimes applying a near phone case or sheet blocks the way of the mic so that could be the problem if you have applied one. The last but not the least is that you may try changing the lower home button strip. Right after your sure non of upper mentioned remedies arent working then go for the motherboard replacement. It surely will solve the problem for you

Well if you replace the motherboard of the saudi one with the korean one, your phone will start working but the data which you had on your saudi phone prior to the board replacement will be lost! The data of the korean motherboard will remain!

Try these solutions. 1. Check whether the firmware/software is ok. 2. Check the battery if it needs to be replaced. Most of the times a worn out battery can cause the problem. 3. Still if no solution is working. Try replacing the motherboard. Replacing the motherboard will automatically solve any hardware issue as well as software. Only the battery issue if present can be solved by replacing it.

The only cause of stopping the T mobile version in F model to work is the CHARGING PORT FLEX CABLE. You should try putting T mobile board in F model phone. If the phone catches sim and wifi signals easily then the phone is fine. If not then try changing the flex cable. "Ask a professional to change the flex cable as it involves the removal of lcd." Changing the flex works most of the time.
