If you're using Android 7.0 Nougat and your Premium Text Message Services is blank, try sending a message to a random 5 digit number and you'll get a prompt to allow premium text messages. Worked for me.

APPS>Special Access> Use Premium Text Messges Sprint could not help, Didn't know how to fix code 425. Sprint blame it on Redbox. I have a Note 8. I called back and told them how to fix the problem. I watch this video on how fix it, and now it works.

Beau Blakey This problem never happened to me actually. But you can try restarting your phone or update it. if non of this works try asking your service provider. if they didn't help then i think you should restore your phone to factory settings. Thanks for watching! I tried my best ^-^
