Hey guys! I watched the video because i forgot my password but did not want to reset my phone! I used the samsung find my mobile and unlocked my phone after logging into my samsung account! It does clear the passcodes, pins, and fingerprints! Im glad i did not have to do a factory reset! Hope this is helpful!!!!

Plug it on a charger then hold vol down and power and your device should shutdown. Unplug and follow instructions of the video.

I know I maybe late for this video but when doing the factory reset will you lose your email because I think I backed up my email by like when it says when you sign in when you first get the phone it's saved to my SD card but I wanted to know if when you do the reset does that delete your data from your SD card too ? Plz reply🙏😯

INSTEAD OF POWERING OFF RESTART THE DEVICE, APPLY THE ABOVE PROCEDURE AS SOON AS THE PHONE TURNS OFF, BEFORE IT RESTARTS.. PRESS POWER + VOLUME UP AND HOME BUTTON.....
